Really nice hotel, the staff was super helpful. I accidentally locked my food delivery and they kindly helped me unlock it and bring it to the room. I believe his name was Harry. Furthermore at checkin we gave our IHG member number and got upgraded and got a complimentary drink at the lobby. Overall, highly recommended if you’re coming or going to Guangzhou South railway as it is only a 10-15 min drive!

Great hotel with a nice view and beautiful rooms. The Swimming pool is enormous and the water is perfect. Breakfast is awesome and sometimes you can get a discount if you pay for it in advance.

The room is good, clean and big enough for our family.
Gloria and Ava are very friendly staff at the reception .

Everything is very good. The only thing can be improved is that the pillows are too hard and high. Also didn't replace the bedsheets on the 2nd day.

The hotel is new and of high quality. Price is very reasonable given the location is a bit distant. Located in newly developed area with no shops and restaurants around. Breakfast is gd. Overall, good experience to stay.

The hotel is spacious, however I found some hair on the bathroom floor. Hope the hygiene will be improved the next time. Also it would be better if there’s single used shampoo rather than a big bottle to share

Service was very good especially the front desk staff. Very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and neat.

The room itself and overall was very clean, service was excellent and the staffs had been really helpful. Special mention to Lily Wen and a cleaning lady whom I didn't catch the name, who helped us out on room switching, getting an extra bed, a baby crip and a bottle sterilizer.
