Good for business stay, but it doesn’t have refridgeator. For those who already know that the most of German hotels does not have refridgeator will be no complain about this situation. But like me those who even thought about these type of situation, will be embarrassed. And the room that I rested, the bathroom door is not keep closed. The room was not that broad, rather small side. The service was nothing to complain about.

Lokasi beberapa meter di seberang stesen pusat sangat bagus. Katilnya bagus, bantal untuk selera saya agak terlalu padat. Bilik itu kalis bunyi. Terdapat cerek dan cawan tetapi, malangnya tiada teh atau kopi diberikan. Saya tidak pernah membawa uncang kopi bersama saya. Saya rasa cerek dan cawan hanya diletakkan untuk pematuhan. Bilik mandi bagus tetapi bilik mandi berbau seperti tandas kereta api. Apabila anda mengepam tandas, terdapat bunyi dari saliran pancuran mandian. Bau mungkin berkaitan dengan itu.

Worth Money! Great location! Lot of Restaurant nearby! I forgot my stuff in unlock safer after checking out. Luckily when I came back in the same stay. It was still there in the room. The front desk helped me to solve my issue quickly and i got my stuff back.

A great hotel in Frankfurt City Centre and in close reach of many local activities (The River was approx 15 min drive including traffic, walking distance) Check in was smooth and the room was modern and surprisingly large with small kitchen area and large bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable; there is even washing facilities on each floor. Underground parking for the hotel which cost (I think/Approx) $20 per night, be careful if your car is a wide SUV as this may be quiet tight for you! We will definitely return when back in Frankfurt!

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

All our stay was pre-booked from India, including the breakfast for different time periods in Frankfurt as we had kept it as a base to travel the country. This review is about the second leg when our family of 4 had booked a 2 room apartment with a washing machine and dryer. Since we had a lot of laundry to do after being 10 days on the road, I decided to run the machine right away. But as much as I tried, the washing machine would not start. I called the reception and no one responded. I went down to the reception - and there was a girl called Lydia to whom I explained that we were tired and also needed fresh clothes soon. She was most unhelpful and said that she couldn't leave the desk! All I wanted was some housekeeping help! Later none of the staff who came to check could figure out and they went back to this Lydia - who then came and instructed how to use it!! I told them - they should have an instruction table written on the machine - so that no need bother them. In any case - 3 hours could have been saved if the lady had taken 5 minutes off from her desk to help the customer. Really left a bad taste. After having travelled the world and seen some exemplary hospitality in different countries, this episode and the employee did nothing for her country's reputation. Also, in all the apart hotels that we have stayed in Europe- there cleaning after 3 days. Here it is for one week!! How are hotel guests or tourists expected to stay for one week without cleaning? In the 3rd leg, we had checked out of this room and my husband I moved to a smaller room ( we were to move to another hotel, but decided to stay here - which was a mistake). The A/C never worked and August is a hot month in Germany. No one arrived to see or check the air conditioner. During the last check out - was the perhaps the last straw. That will need another review of its own.

Room cleaning services irregular and not professional. Breakfast is wonderful! The service lady has a very warm smile and manner! Other people wears cool manners.

I preferred to stay in this hotel with my daughter due to its location (very close to the train station), but walking from the station to the hotel I realised that it was a bad idea. It does not matter if it is day or night you see addicted people smoking drugs, you see dealers all around and the smell of the streets are awful. My daughter was so frightened about the location. In addition to that the receptionists were impolite, insensitive and ignorant. I was in a hurry to rush to the airport due to the last minute strikes in Germany including Frankfurt transportation. After checking out around 1200 pm I forgot my backpack on the sofa in front of the front desk. I realised that when I reached to the airport. I quickly called the hotel to ask their help as my wallet and our passports were in it. I called 3- 4 times and talked to the receptionists to describe my backpack and get their confirmation. Both receptionists confirmed couple of times that my bag was not there. They claimed that they checked and it was not there. I also asked them to check the room in case I was mistaken, but they did not call me back to inform me about its whereabouts. After having almost a heart attack on the way back, I reached to the hotel and saw my bag there. This is totally unacceptable. Staff should not be that ignorant and insensitive. Just checking the sofa in front of them (probably 1-2 meters away from the desk) should not be that difficult. When I showed them my backpack, they just said in a very insensible way that they thought it belongs to someone else! It is a shame as the hotel itself is nice, clean and well equipped.
