The hotel receptionists provided excellent service especially when I lost something on the train and they were there to help and comfort me. The location might be dark and a bit worrying for a lady to walk into the hotel from the train station during late night.

We were in Frankfurt several times during a visit to family and traveling with a group in Gernany and France this year. We were in the adagio for several days, with my wife and I in one room, and three friends in another. I found a mostly-new hotel with rooms with kitchenettes sitting next to the Marriott, with rooms about half the price. I especially liked that we could cook in the adagio and not have to go out if we didn't want to. We could also go down to the lobby and grab a beer or coffee ( you pay for it, of course) in a pinch. Buffet breakfast ( but I didn't eat it) was about 20 euros. The place seemed empty. I asked the front desk fellow if it was new. He said they opened 6 years ago, but for 2.5 years, no one came---so yes, basically, new. Right in the middle of Frankfurt. Highest recommendation. Enjoy your travels.

Hotel is about 10mins walk away from Frankfurt (Main) Hbf. It is in quite a quiet area with a vacant hotel across the road.
Hotel room itself is clean and spacious, the room orientation is interesting with the bed facing the window with a nice view of the city. The tv can be adjusted too. The toilet is clean, but a little dark. Water is complimentary and replaced everyday.

Lovely hotel, very clean and great ambiance in all public areas. Fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh hot and excellent cold selections. Room was a nice size, beautifully tiled bathroom, and lots of hot water. View was great too. Bed was comfortable with two fluffy pillows (only used one). Bar food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered a breakfast to go for our early flight departure. I did note a 2 euro price to borrow an umbrella, which seemed petty. Location is perfect, beside the river, lots of restaurants close by. Old Town is about 15 minute walk away, and Main train station 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes on # 11 bus (Ostend train station was closed but it is only 4 minute walk). Airport is other side of city, so about 30 minute car ride. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Frankfurt. We stayed four nights.

This is not a top of the range Novotel but it is perfectly adequate. It is clean and offers most of what you would want without luxury. It is around 10 minutes walk from the Messe conference centre. There is not much around this hotel and it is around 30 minutes walk to downtown. The hotel has a restaurant which is OK but not at all busy considering the size of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Would I stay again? Yes if I was attending a meeting at the Messe centre and did not want to pay the Marriott prices.

Parken ist nur in Parkhäusern, oder wenn man Glück hat, an der Europa-Allee. Zur Messe nur ein paar Schritte. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Fenster sind sehr dicht, so dass man keinen Lärm hört. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist Standard, das Platzangebot sehr knapp. Kleine Tische sind hipp, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Even though it’s a chain it gives you the feeling that it’s not. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong night, but luckily they had an extra room and the helped us transfer our booking into the right night. The staff spoke perfect English and was just really everything your wanted as a tourist giving good advice on how to enter the city. The room is equipped with a big bed and a big tv, and the bathroom is a good size too, so even though the rooms aren’t so big they really focused on using the space correctly. We had a room facing into the yard so no noise there, but it’s very convivially places next to the highway, so you’re quick on your way again, but of course it means some rooms are facing out to the trafficked highway also. What’s even better is that they had a cromecast connected to the tv, which as a tourist is so absolutely genius so we don’t have to watch dubbed German television. (Small disclaimer is that the Wi-Fi was a little slow until the evening making it a little hard to work) The breakfast is super variated and big, and they fill up the missing things quickly, and take our plates when we are done so they don’t pile on the table. The parking cellar cost a little but there’s parking space outside the hotel too. The tramp is located just next to the hotel and takes you into the city directly. You can even buy a ticket just next to it for about 2 euroes. I don’t have a single complaint about this place, and usually I’m very picky. It’s new, hip, clean, modern… from the nice, free and clean toilets in the parking cellar to the music being played in the reception, and the opportunity to self-check in. Will defiantly recommend and will defiantly return if in Frankfurt again.

My wife, Emily Tan, left her room at about 6 am on 25th Sep to check out and catch a 8.30 am flight to New York.
The power failed at that time and they decided to use the staircase.
However, there was no lights at all and they had to find their way using lights from their phone.
At the reception, it was chaotic as there were only 2 staff and they were overwhelmed by calls from guests as well.
It’s shocking that the emergency lighting did not come on when the power failed.
This is a serious safety hazard.

FFayeGreat location for the business area of Frankfurt. I would recommend that travellers arriving by public transport take the S Bahn to the stop ”Taunusanlage”, which is in a nice safe area and avoid getting off the train at the dangerous Hauptbahnhof / main station area. The rooms are on the small side but impeccably clean, modern and well designed - with a laptop compatible safe. The bathrooms are fabulous with designer shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The breakfast at this hotel is exceptionally good - with the option to have omelettes or other egg dishes cooked freshly for you. There's a wonderful selection at the buffet and all really fresh and good quality. I also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and always found the food to be excellent. Would happily recommend it and stay here again in future

9924653123The hotel is still pretty new, located just behind the Frankfurt fair. We booked premium room, upon check in they recognise my Gha discovery status which is a plus. We booked king room but got twin room instead. The front office guy first informed us that there was no more room available. But an Asian front office guy who has seem more experience could manage to get us another room. He also solved the problem with our reservation, as eventhough we booked 1 room and received only 1 confirmation as it appears in the GHA app, it appears 2 reservation in their system. The room is clean, the rustic factory design room interior is probably not my taste but not an issue. What bothers me was the AC didn’t work properly. The room has a large window, even as the AC was set on high, it was still warmer than the corridor outside the room. Breakfast was good, we also went to the outdoor bar, which was very cozy and has a good non alcoholic gin menu.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed two nights at this hotel. We arrived early from our US flight and the staff was able to get us a room immediately, even though it was a few hours before check-in time. We really appreciated this, since we were all tired after the long flight and had two tired kids in our party. Their breakfast is really good and well stocked and clean. We enjoyed it on both mornings. This hotel is some ways from the airport and it is around 40 Euros one way in a cab or Uber. Romer (city center) is around 10-15 minutes from here (around 12 Euros in Uber). We were able to experience Frankfurt's wonderful Christmas market on 2 days conveniently from this hotel. The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were really welcoming, helpful, professional and took pride in their jobs. Every interaction with the front desk was awesome and the lady who manages the breakfast area was working very hard to keep the area clean and the food well stocked. Kudos to the staff of this hotel! We did notice two small issues with this hotel. One issue is that there's no restaurants or groceries nearby. It seems like an industrial area. To mitigate this, the hotel does have Pizza available in the evenings. The second issue was that the rooms were too warm. Since AC is not on during winters, the only option to make the room temperature more acceptable was to open the windows, which made the room noisy because of cars driving fast in the street nearby. The blankets provided were more like comforters and so we couldn't use them at all. The hotel should find a way to fix this issue. In all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely consider it, if we plan to spend time closer to the city center.

But what made this place great is the excellent service of the front desk, Mr. Fabian. His helpfulness and assistance is superb!

PPengguna TetamuIch habe 3 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel, das sicherlich nicht zu den besten und sichersten Vierteln der Stadt gehört (Schmutz, Obdachlosigkeit, Drogen, Kriminalität). Ich habe das Hotel bewußt trotz der Lage gebucht (es verfügt immerhin über eine gute Anbindung), war aber sehr erschrocken und erstaunt über die mangelnden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen im Hotel: Jede/r Straßenpassant/in kann ohne Probleme zu den Hotelzimmern vordringen, weil weder das Treppenhaus, noch der Fahrzug einen gesicherten Zugang haben. Mein Zimmer war recht lieblos (Flecken an den Tapeten, sehr weiche Matratzen, keine Matratzenschoner) und einfach/billig eingerichtet, was bei dem Preis nicht verwundert, und sehr hellhörig. Verwundert hat mich aber dennoch die mangelnde Sauberkeit: Haare auf dem Boden, dicke Staubschichten auf den Fußleisten, Lichtschaltern und Co. Wasserflecken auf Armaturen, Duschwand, schmutzige Toilette... Leider hat meine freundliche Bitte nach der ersten Nacht, das Zimmer nochmal gründlich zu reinigen, gar nichts gebracht. Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Personal waren durchwachsen: Meine Reinigungsbitte wurde vom Morgenportier sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Der Abendportier, der für Empfang und Rechnungserstellung zuständig war, war komplett unprofessionell, überfordert und unfreundlich. Ich würde eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel NICHT empfehlen, da ich mich zum einen geekelt und zum zweiten überhaupt nicht sicher gefühlt habe.

PPengguna TetamuFür Zugreisende, die an eine Messe gehen ist das Bristol ideal. 2Minuten vom Bahnhof und 7 Minuten zum Haupteingang der Messe ( zu Fuss) sind ein gutes Argument. Mein Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig, sauber aber nicht mehr ganz taufrisch. Die Klimaanlage liess sich leider nur auf 22° runterregeln. Danke dem ruhigen Innenhof konnte ich nachts mit offenem Fester trotzdem gut schlafen. Morgenessen ist ordentlich. Einige Strassen und der Umgebung des Hotels sind .... naja, Bahnhhofsviertel aber problemlos.

The shower amenity is old also the hairdryer. It doesn’t feel safe to use the hairdryer as you can tell the exterior has already melted bcos of the high temperature. We asked for a spare hairdryer but they don’t have one.
The breakfast was ok. The staffs were friendly.

PPengguna TetamuDie Unterkunft ist das aller letzte. Wir sind sofort wieder gegangen und sind auf unserem Geld sitzen geblieben! Das Bad war einfach nur dreckig und verraucht. Es waren Nikotinflecken an der Decke und es hat so penetrant gestunken, das uns schlecht wurde. Die Möbel waren abgeranzt und auf dem Bett waren Blutflecken! Mit dem Personal war nicht zu reden und es war ihm einfach egal. Er hat es sich angeschaut und mit den Schultern gezuckt und das Bettlagen einfach wieder gerichtet. Nach dem Personal müssen wir das Geld über Booking.com zurück fordern aber leider konnte die nette Mitarbeiter*in auch nichts bewirken. Wir haben 125€ gezahlt für die letzte Absteige in der man es nicht für 5min aushalten konnte.
