Rehman at reception was extremely friendly and thoughful during the check-in process! We was informative and intelligent, making us feel welcome for our short stay. The bed was comfortable and made for a great rest before catching a flight the next morning.

We booked a suite for 3 people, and were surprised to see that in addition to the sofa bed in the living room, even the bedroom had a sofa bed instead of real beds. The mattresses were extremely hard, noisy, and very uncomfortable. There was only one overhead light in the living room that used a low watt bulb so it was quite dark and dreary, and there were no table lamps set up next to the sofa/bed in the living room. The bathroom had been set up for the 3 of us with only one towel, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and he water pressure was low The top of the exhaust fan over the mini-stove was greasy and not been cleaned for a long time. Overall, the feeling was that the place was not as clean as it should have been. The staff was extremely helpful and tried their best to accommodate our request for additional blankets to sleep on to help soften the hard mattresses, but they said the hotel was completely booked and there wasn’t a single extra blanket to spare. The night clerk very kindly loaned us his own personal blanket, but with the cost of this accommodation, it should not have been on him to help us that way. If not for the great staff, i would have given this property just 2 stars.

Ich habe versehentlich über die Hotelwebseite eine Nacht, leider mit dem Falschen Datum gebucht. Natürlich ohne Stornomöglichkeit. Ich habe den Fehler sofort nach der Buchung bemerkt und habe unmittelbar beim Hotel angerufen. Die Kulanz des Hotels war das man mir ein anderes Datum reservieren kann, gegen 50€ Umbuchungsgebühr. Und das bei einem Zimmerpreis von 90€. Ich reise viel und habe das noch bei keinem Hotel oder Buchungsportal erlebt. Minuten nach der Buchung war man IMMER kulant. Also nehmt mein Geld und werdet glücklich. Kundenfreundlichkeit ist anders. Ich werde sicherlich nicht noch einmal buchen.

Mit dem bisherigen Besitzer haben wir immer gut zusammengearbeitet. Sie waren immer freundlich und hier und da entgegenkommend. Jetzt gibt es einen neuen Besitzer seit Januar 2023. In der Vergangenheit konnten wir auf Rechnung buchen. Das war praktisch. Jetzt wird immer Vorauskasse verlangt. Ich kann ja noch verstehen, wenn bei Abreise gezahlt werden soll. Aber Vorauskasse ist bei uns immer ein riesiger Aufwand, vollkommen unnötig. Für größere Gruppen ist es denkbar, bei verschiedenen einzelnen Gästen ist es für uns ein viel zu großer Aufwand.
