Trip hat hier einfach ein falsches Hotel aufgeführt

Stayed here for a work trip. Wouldn't recommend as in my locked hotel room, someone went through my bags, stole my laptop and iPad. Came back to my hotel room - still locked - but items now stolen. Getting Michael, the manager, to then deal with the request was difficult and now months on still have no correspondence from himself as he didn't want to deal with the situation. He has been rude and no help. Another member of staff helped me resolve the situation and receive rightful compensation. I also wouldn't recommend staying there because across the street (and the block really) is a lot of construction going on. Not really the fault of the hotel, but a warning as it is a long-term construction that will wake you up - particularly in the summer when you have the windows open. I do, however, want to thank the front of desk staff who do their absolute best and provide great service in spite of what Michael, the manager, can provide to them. If you are forced to stay here, don't take anything valuable or at the very least carry it with you at all times as it is not safe in the hotel room. Even if buried in your suitcase with a locked door.

If I could give zero stars I would Absolutely Atrocious Filty carpets with human Faces smeared on walls Room smelt of unirne And my children got bitten with bed bites and have bites all over please keep away horrible rude staff AVOID AT ALL COST

Cet hôtel est à première vue sympathique (grandes chambres, localisation correcte, prix très faible), mais comporte de nombreux inconvénients : pas de clim (les couloirs sont en permanence à 40 degrés l'été), matériel quasi inexistant pour la kitchenette, etc... Autre point négatif durant notre séjour : une coupure d'eau (dont l'hôtel n'est pas responsable) nous force à changer d'hôtel, mais cet hôtel n'avance pas les frais de la nuit dans l'hôtel de remplacement ! En résumé, un hôtel très premier prix avec la qualité qui va avec : acceptable si vous n'y restez pas longtemps et que vous n'êtes pas très exigeants.

Das Hotel ist extrem günstig. Daher kann man nicht viel erwarten. Ich habe dort 14 Tage übernachtet. Ärgerlich war die Baustelle von zahllosen Wohnungen direkt gegenüber, wo es auch am Samstag um 6 Uhr mit einem Höllenlärm los ging. Nachts waren vor dem Hotel Leute, die Party gefeiert haben. Das Bett wurde trotz viermaliger Reklamation nur alle drei Tage gerichtet und das Zimmer parallel dazu gesäubert. Hammer war der Feueralarm, der drei Mal nachts ausbrach und alle Gäste mussten das Hotel räumen. Die Feuerwehr kam mit mehreren Fahrzeugen und rückte dann wieder unverrichteter Dinge ab!
