Good choice for business trip landing on the FRA airport. Room space is an issue.

1. One of the reasons we selected this hotel is the airport shuttle services within a reasonable distance. However, there was no advance notification via any means that the airport shuttle cancelled recently. We finally walked to the hotel with 3 big luggage and 2 cabin luggage under the cold weather of 1 degree celsius for 30 minutes after 1.5 hours asking and waiting at the airport terminal 1 and 2. 2. Lots of food choice in the menu of the hotel cafeteria were not available.

In general this hotel offers, lower price with smaller room. However, I absolutetly satisfied thier breakfast! This hotel is also near to airport terminal No.2.

Super new hotel, in great quality and short distance to the airport. Rooms, service and breakfast is all great. Only the airport shuttle bus is not as expected as it finishes early before 11pm and is not free of charge if you take it from hotel to airport.

Good accommodation and services. Perfect. Rooms are clean, and breakfast is nice.

Close to the Frankfurt airport T2 - convenient to stay with plenty of restaurants and supermarket around

the hotel was ok, except 1 thing - personnel. I have never seen so unfriendly barman and reception staff. also very weird thing - they have coffee machine, coffee capsules and tea but no teaspoons in the room. when I ask the bar guy for tea spoons he looked at me like I am an *****.

The airport hotel is located a few km away. Logistic support was aweful. Several inter-hotel shuttle bus lines serve the area, but there is no schedule in display, nor buses can be identified easily. The pickup point is also unclear. Calling up the hotel for help was a challenge. The general number was never answered without trying reservations. It took several minutes for the answering staff to find out the bus service breaks for a few hours in the afternoon! Checking in was neither very pleasant, making one feels undeserving. To be fair, the hotel looks brand new and well designed. All amenities, including fitness centre, are available. The general fittings are of quality standard. Breakfast is one of the best, if you don't mind some overcooked hot items.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The eating area was also very clean, the breakfast buffet had a variety of foods. They also have a shuttle bus from the airport.
