地理位置不錯，服務員都很熱情，就算中規中矩，沒什麼太大問題，但是也沒什麼太大亮點，以後再來法蘭克福也許會找其他酒店再嘗試一下。

오페라 바로 옆이라서 위치 너무 좋아요. 공항 바로가는 s반이 있어서 교통 편리하고 룸 업그레이드 해주셔서 좋은 방에서 잘 쉬었어요. 프라이빗 한 스파도 넘 좋았어요 또 가고 싶어요

酒店稍舊 餐食也很一般 我們坐了長途飛機到達之後和酒店溝通是否可以提前一小時入住 因為帶着孩子，酒店非常的強勢並且死板 回覆如果想提前 哪怕衹是提前一小時 也是需要付費升級更貴的房型 而我當時看是臨時都還有房間可訂 也就是説 這麼貴收費的酒店 在有房的情況下 不願意給我們做調房 不考慮我們的感受 就讓我們一家坐在大堂乾等 無人過問，感受非常差！

Ich kann das Sofitel Opera sehr empfehlen, die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist sehr gut, das Zimmer sehr schön und der Service außerordentlich zuvorkommend und freundlich.
