Ulasan The Atrium Hotel

I traveled for the weekend so I wasnt in the room for that long, but I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. The room I got had little flies/mosquitoes in the bathroom. The room was small for 2 people and it was connected to another room but the door was locked. The lighting was dim and I could see the outline of whoever was washing their hands in the bathroom bc of the bathroom's "glass" wall, this was also an issue because if someone has the light on in the bathroom the whole room gets bright. The location of the hotel feels dangerous at night, its dirty and crowded.

Stay the second time at this hotel, the same room ! Good service and location. But the bathroom left with some smell of cigarettes, and the hotel provided us with the deodorant spray.

Everything is decent, the staff was super helpful. Too bad the area are full of drunken on the street. We didn’t feel too safe to walk at night.

The price is very cheap, more facilities were provided than what is generally offered at the same price. The room could have been cleaner though.

It is near Frankfurt station, also near by any spot walking

It’s good place to stay in centre but no parking here need to find options in public areas.

I don't want to rexommend this hotel if sensitive to cleanness and noise.

Great Location, but I booked this hotel but couldn't stay here because the hotel cancelled my booking! They cancelled my booking about 2-3 p.m. at that time I'm on the way to go there, so disappointed 😭 and I tried to contact the hotel at noon to ask something but cannot do it, no way to contact the hotel directly. If the hotel has no available room, you should to set in your system then anyone cannot book the room.

The hotel it’s organize, clean and the service it’s amazing. The location is very near from the station and other points of the city but it’s dangerous, there are a lot of people using ***** around the station.

Friendly service , good location , cheaper price , easy to find shopping mall.

Don't arrive at that hotel before 3 p.m.. Even if they have prepared rooms, they will ask you for a further charge of 20 euros. The facilities are a bit old, and the bed is a bit hard.
