Hotel is fresh, clean, visually fun, we’ll located for the Meade Hall and convenient with the mall attached. I got in after a very long international flight quite early in the morning with hopes they could squeeze me in, and Frank at the front desk worked miracles. Not only did he get me in, but he upgraded me! I came for my first trip to Heimtextil and the location was perfect. The mall attached made it super easy for coffee, snacks, groceries if needed, clothing items you may have forgotten. The room is clean, fresh, has meaningful extras like a towel warmer. The bed is firm and supportive and the pillows were good too. I normally get neck pain after sleeping on hotel pillows but not here. 10 out of 10 great service!!!

We were in Frankfurt several times during a visit to family and traveling with a group in Gernany and France this year. We were in the adagio for several days, with my wife and I in one room, and three friends in another. I found a mostly-new hotel with rooms with kitchenettes sitting next to the Marriott, with rooms about half the price. I especially liked that we could cook in the adagio and not have to go out if we didn't want to. We could also go down to the lobby and grab a beer or coffee ( you pay for it, of course) in a pinch. Buffet breakfast ( but I didn't eat it) was about 20 euros. The place seemed empty. I asked the front desk fellow if it was new. He said they opened 6 years ago, but for 2.5 years, no one came---so yes, basically, new. Right in the middle of Frankfurt. Highest recommendation. Enjoy your travels.

Parken ist nur in Parkhäusern, oder wenn man Glück hat, an der Europa-Allee. Zur Messe nur ein paar Schritte. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Fenster sind sehr dicht, so dass man keinen Lärm hört. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist Standard, das Platzangebot sehr knapp. Kleine Tische sind hipp, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig.

invited to a meeting in Frankfurt, I was offered this hotel. It wasn't my choice, but I didn't question it through the Accor seal, which always refers to comfortable stays. The location is not privileged in every sense: whether traveling for work or pleasure. Neighboring the train line, those who stay with a window facing the street will feel, even with an anti-noise window, the noise of the wagons during the day. Large, simple, clean apartments, but without great comforts. An exceptional highlight is breakfast, which is extremely complete with delicious delicacies.

useful information, while hotel doesn't offer itself is, shuttle bus leaves from hotel at every full hour, and arrives at T1 hotel bus station approx. a quarter past full hour. The hotel is not bad knowing the price, though I found 1-2 long hairs in the bath room which obviously don't belong to me. Otherwise nothing on complain. Breakfast is good, but nothing to eat for the rest of day. The Italian restaurant recommended by the staff is very good. In order to go there, one needs to cross a street full of trucks and no traffic light. Use caution to cross the street!

Guten Tag meine Damen und Herren Ich war vom 11. -13. November 2022 Gast im Hotel Plaza in Hanau. Gerne möchte ich Sie darüber Informieren, dass das Hotel nicht den Sicherheit Vorschriften entspricht. Der Grund dafür ist wie folgt, im späteren Abend (Uhr 00:30) konnte ich nicht mehr in mein Zimmer da der Schlüssel nicht mehr funktionierte. Darauf hin haben wir mehrmals probiert (mit dem Notruf der Polizei und der Feuerwehr ) das betreffenden Personal über die Notfall Nummer anzurufen (ohne erfolg das Telefon war ausgeschaltet). Die Rezeption war die ganze Nacht nicht besetzt. Es gibt zweit Notfall Nummer, die eine im Aufzug ist ungültig und die anderen an der Rezeption ausgeschaltet. In diesem falle ist es unverantwortlich, dass ein Hotel mit über 100 Betten keine Nachportier hat der Dienst hat. Die Polizei hat mich gegen Uhr 03:10 angerufen und mir mitgeteilt, dass sie jemanden gefunden haben, die mir weiterhelfen kann. Ich bitte Sie diese Bewertung in ihres Hotelportal zu veröffentlichen damit die Gäste kein unnötiges Risiko eingehen müssen weil eine Hotelkette mit Sparmaßnahmen die Sicherheit der Hotelgäste aufs spiel setzt. Der Ganze Vorfall ist bei der Polizei in Hanau Protokolliert. Freundliche Grüsse Gast

I was put up at this property by Lufthansa (shame on them). Th room I was given had no air conditioning and the door lock was broken allowing some drunk to walk into my room while I was trying to get a few hour sleep. The room was clean, BUT (1) the desk lamp was broken, the bathroom exhaust fan sounded like it was having it death knell and there was no bottle opener to open the bottled water provided The there is the 'so called' restaurant. The atmosphere was non existent. The waitress mad it clear that one could only go the 'buffet' once. The only good thing about the buffet was the fresh lettuce and cucumber. There was a cooked vegetable serving that was tasteless and watery. There was a meat of some sort in a white sauce that was inedible. There was also some badly dehydrated sausage. Oh the hotel has only one English television station, no computers in the lobby and no power adapters to be loaned to guests. The only good thing about this place is leaving it.

Got upgraded as frequent Accor Hotel user. Privilege room is very nice, overlooking a small park, quiet neighbourhood, queen bed, tremendous shower, & good lighting. 2 blocks from main train station in Mainz, which is a beautiful city. Nice towels & bedding as well as soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner dispensers. Room is reasonably quiet but with a little bit of traffic noise when windows open. Gift of 2 free drinks on check-in for my wife & I, which was a very nice touch. Also in easy walking distance of old town & many museums & cathedrals - many of which are pedestrian only streets also filled restaurants, bars & shops. Downside - only 1 English TV station (France 24) despite listing BBC, CNN, etc that actually have no signal. TV is small (much smaller & fewer stations than Mercure in Frankfurt). Advised safe not working on Saturday check-in at 3 PM, but never fixed before we left on Tuesday (although Monday was holiday). No light at inside front door. Coffee cups are too tall to fit under Krups machine & no milk (even powdered). Fridge is truly tiny & doesn’t keep anything cold. Small bar & restaurant only open for breakfast (€20 each). Location great, room nice & staff friendly so would stay again despite disappointments.

PPengguna TetamuLoved this hotel. If we came back to Frankfurt we would stay here again. It’s in a great location that’s walkable to everything. It’s essentially city center and there is a ton to do just outside of your doorstep. The service was perfect, everyone is really friendly and helpful. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning. Hotel always smells fresh and clean. The room is really nice with a comfy bed and big bathroom. This is connected to the moxy hotel and the moxy bar/lounge is open 24/7 which is really cool because it’s set up nicely for if you want to eat, play games, just relax, etc. it’s really easy to get a taxi since they can call one for you or you can use the taxi call machine up by the front desk. Tap once for cash and twice for card payment. Super easy. Just a heads up: sometimes they forget to tell you that your room key controls the electric in the room so if you don’t already know this, don’t panic if nothing works when you get in your room at first. You have to slide one of the room keys in the card holder inside of your room next to the front door and everything turns on. Loved that because it’s a great way to save energy. Full kitchen and utensils, cups, cookware, dishwasher, fridge in room if you want to save on food and cook in your room. They also have laundry available if you need to do laundry which you can get tokens for for a couple euro. I just loved this place and the location.

PPengguna TetamuThis was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

FFayeGreat location for the business area of Frankfurt. I would recommend that travellers arriving by public transport take the S Bahn to the stop ”Taunusanlage”, which is in a nice safe area and avoid getting off the train at the dangerous Hauptbahnhof / main station area. The rooms are on the small side but impeccably clean, modern and well designed - with a laptop compatible safe. The bathrooms are fabulous with designer shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The breakfast at this hotel is exceptionally good - with the option to have omelettes or other egg dishes cooked freshly for you. There's a wonderful selection at the buffet and all really fresh and good quality. I also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and always found the food to be excellent. Would happily recommend it and stay here again in future

CchuaRight next to track 1. There is a side entrance at the side of the station, that leads directly to the hotel. Clean and functional rooms. Self check in was fast and efficient.

NNicolasgirardStranded in Frankfurt. Checking was a joke where I was asked to have a PRINTED voucher instead of checking my confirmation on my phone. (funny to see Sheraton sustainable policy on display on the counter showing great effort to protect our planet 😂). Then called room service at 11.30pm to get toothbrush / toothpaste. NO ANSWER after 5 attempt. Called in dining room at same time. NO ANSWER as well. Just get there for a bed near the airport. Nothing else.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed two nights at this hotel. We arrived early from our US flight and the staff was able to get us a room immediately, even though it was a few hours before check-in time. We really appreciated this, since we were all tired after the long flight and had two tired kids in our party. Their breakfast is really good and well stocked and clean. We enjoyed it on both mornings. This hotel is some ways from the airport and it is around 40 Euros one way in a cab or Uber. Romer (city center) is around 10-15 minutes from here (around 12 Euros in Uber). We were able to experience Frankfurt's wonderful Christmas market on 2 days conveniently from this hotel. The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were really welcoming, helpful, professional and took pride in their jobs. Every interaction with the front desk was awesome and the lady who manages the breakfast area was working very hard to keep the area clean and the food well stocked. Kudos to the staff of this hotel! We did notice two small issues with this hotel. One issue is that there's no restaurants or groceries nearby. It seems like an industrial area. To mitigate this, the hotel does have Pizza available in the evenings. The second issue was that the rooms were too warm. Since AC is not on during winters, the only option to make the room temperature more acceptable was to open the windows, which made the room noisy because of cars driving fast in the street nearby. The blankets provided were more like comforters and so we couldn't use them at all. The hotel should find a way to fix this issue. In all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely consider it, if we plan to spend time closer to the city center.

9924653123The hotel is still pretty new, located just behind the Frankfurt fair. We booked premium room, upon check in they recognise my Gha discovery status which is a plus. We booked king room but got twin room instead. The front office guy first informed us that there was no more room available. But an Asian front office guy who has seem more experience could manage to get us another room. He also solved the problem with our reservation, as eventhough we booked 1 room and received only 1 confirmation as it appears in the GHA app, it appears 2 reservation in their system. The room is clean, the rustic factory design room interior is probably not my taste but not an issue. What bothers me was the AC didn’t work properly. The room has a large window, even as the AC was set on high, it was still warmer than the corridor outside the room. Breakfast was good, we also went to the outdoor bar, which was very cozy and has a good non alcoholic gin menu.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel, das sicherlich nicht zu den besten und sichersten Vierteln der Stadt gehört (Schmutz, Obdachlosigkeit, Drogen, Kriminalität). Ich habe das Hotel bewußt trotz der Lage gebucht (es verfügt immerhin über eine gute Anbindung), war aber sehr erschrocken und erstaunt über die mangelnden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen im Hotel: Jede/r Straßenpassant/in kann ohne Probleme zu den Hotelzimmern vordringen, weil weder das Treppenhaus, noch der Fahrzug einen gesicherten Zugang haben. Mein Zimmer war recht lieblos (Flecken an den Tapeten, sehr weiche Matratzen, keine Matratzenschoner) und einfach/billig eingerichtet, was bei dem Preis nicht verwundert, und sehr hellhörig. Verwundert hat mich aber dennoch die mangelnde Sauberkeit: Haare auf dem Boden, dicke Staubschichten auf den Fußleisten, Lichtschaltern und Co. Wasserflecken auf Armaturen, Duschwand, schmutzige Toilette... Leider hat meine freundliche Bitte nach der ersten Nacht, das Zimmer nochmal gründlich zu reinigen, gar nichts gebracht. Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Personal waren durchwachsen: Meine Reinigungsbitte wurde vom Morgenportier sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Der Abendportier, der für Empfang und Rechnungserstellung zuständig war, war komplett unprofessionell, überfordert und unfreundlich. Ich würde eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel NICHT empfehlen, da ich mich zum einen geekelt und zum zweiten überhaupt nicht sicher gefühlt habe.

PPengguna TetamuFür Zugreisende, die an eine Messe gehen ist das Bristol ideal. 2Minuten vom Bahnhof und 7 Minuten zum Haupteingang der Messe ( zu Fuss) sind ein gutes Argument. Mein Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig, sauber aber nicht mehr ganz taufrisch. Die Klimaanlage liess sich leider nur auf 22° runterregeln. Danke dem ruhigen Innenhof konnte ich nachts mit offenem Fester trotzdem gut schlafen. Morgenessen ist ordentlich. Einige Strassen und der Umgebung des Hotels sind .... naja, Bahnhhofsviertel aber problemlos.
