Very clean, very walkable distance to the shops! Only thing is that they have certain room cleaning period instead of daily cleaning. But worth the money.

The reception staff on the day of checkin was not professional , chuckling with co workers . Located between two major locations but a bit of walk to both . Rooms were larger than average and spacious enough

Hotel is in the right location that I looked for. Near kushida shrine. Near reisen park. Near nakasu commercial zone that has my favourite teppanyaki and bakery shop there. Near canal city you can walk and grab yakimochi on the way. Room is spacious. Bathroom is perfect with toilet and baht zone separately. Check in/check out is easy. Nothing to criticize. I love everything about this hotel !!!

Location is good, walkable distance to Canal City. Front desk staff is very helpful. Although it’s not daily housekeeping, they deliver 2 bottles of water & some towels on the no housekeeping days. Room size is 32 sq m, consider big in Japanese standard. The tatami area is really nice & make the whole room looks spacious.

It was an excellent Japanese style hotel. Easy to check in, easy to check out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was also perfect, shops close by, restaurants also not too far away. 10/10

The hotel staff were very polite, and there was a free self-service coffee machine in the lobby with a variety of tea bags to choose from. There were self-service laundry and dryers available at reasonable prices. It's about a 15-minute walk to Hakata Station.

It's a short walk from Gion Station. It's a quiet and clean place to stay, a little away from the busy area. Of course, if you walk while sightseeing, it's also quite close to Hakata Station. It was a good place to stay in a good location. There are a few convenient izakayas nearby.

It's great for staying with kids. :) The blankets are a bit dusty, which is a bit of a hassle, but the space is clean and well-maintained. My husband wants to come here again on our next trip. I wish the tatami room window could open. Have a good rest!

I visited with my family, and it was comfortable for three people to sleep in. The Hakata Gion Yamakasa Festival runs from July 1st to 15th, so you can enjoy a direct view of the festival from the hotel. The facilities were clean. There was a long wait for the elevator during peak hours, but it was fine during other times. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from Don Quijote, Canal City, Nakasu, and Hakata Station. There were also many good restaurants nearby.
