Lokasinya sangat mudah, tidak jauh dari pintu keluar Chikushi stesen Hakata. Bilik itu bersih dan selesa, dan kolam renang serta mata air panas bagus. Great location, remembered find Underground passway P5. This is old hotel but with elegant service. I would say the Japanese breakfast set was our high light of staying here. Room is relatively old but very clean. The price is not cheap but this is a good choice if you want to have 4,5stars hotel service standard. Alternatively, there are a lot of hotels nearby without high standard service (labour's intensive ).

博多駅筑紫口にあるホテルです。筑紫口を出て大通りを南（右側）に少し進んだところにあります。距離的には2～3分なので博多駅からは物凄く違いですが、入口が路地に面しているので、その点は少し判りにくいかも知れません。 設備やアメニティは一般的で、その点では特筆すべきものはありません。しかし、博多駅の直ぐ近くなので立地は最高です。周りには飲食店やコンビニが沢山ありますので、食事や買い物にも困りません。駅も目の前ですから移動も楽々です。スタッフの方の対応も満足いくものでした。 立地を考えればコストパフォーマンスは最高です。博多を拠点に観光したり、早朝に鉄道や飛行機で移動したい、という方にはお勧めのホテルです。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oriental Hotel in Fukuoka, and it was truly an experience to remember. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm Japanese hospitality and was quickly checked-in by the friendly staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated. My room was clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a plus for my trip. The bed was comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both Japanese and Western options. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a short walk from the train and bus stations, which is full of shopping, and restaurants. My overall experience was fantastic. Really loved my stay at this hotel! It’s super clean and modern looking. Besides that, the bathroom is HUGE for a solo traveller. It’s only a 3-minute walk away from Hakata Station and there’s a big Family Mart right across the hotel. By the way, it also has a smart TV in the room! So, have fun watching Netflix and YouTube at night~

夜に福岡空港に着く予定で、空港から地下鉄2駅の博多駅近くのホテルとして予約しました。筑紫口から2分という近さは夜だけでなく、翌朝、小雨が降っていたので、駅ビル内のデイトス入口まで1ブロックという近さが好都合でした。ホテルの部屋等は綺麗で、チェックアウトもカードキーをBOxへ返却するだけという手軽さでした。ホテルの2階には和食レストランがあり、私はデイトスで食べましたがホテルの朝食は美味しそうでした。

首先是優點，位置鄰近博多車站，5分鐘步程可達，很方便。另外房間空間也足夠，平放打開兩個行李箱都沒問題。 然後酒店大堂有提供DHC的卸妝及潔面用品，這點很贊。 酒店硬件上的配套是不錯的，但酒店人員卻嚴重專業不足。 首先是登記入住的時候兩名男職員一直找不到我們的訂單，擾攘一段時間後又忽然說找到了，但無法向我們說明原因。 然後枝田男職員第一次給予我們710號房的房卡，但當我們上到房間打開房門卻發現房間仍然是有客人入住中的狀態。職員竟然將仍未退房的房間分配予新登入入住的客人，如此嚴重的疏忽實在令人無法想像。 我們立即回到大堂找到枝田男職員說明事件，但對方只是更換一張房卡，其態度彷彿是很平常的事情一樣。 經此一役，實在令人對酒店的保安程度非常擔心。

Nice spa like good onsen. So near to the subway line station to Fukuoka airport. Only 2 stations away. The clerk kindly showed me the way. The system looks very new to me but I was get used to it gradually. I could walk to Nakaskawabata station too. Pretty enjoyable experience in Hakata.
