There was no pool, there were cockroaches in the hallways, there is no good cleaning, the reception service was terrible, breakfast was late, there was no complaints book, they didn't give you details or solutions, broken elevators, broken bathrooms, lack of water, misleading advertising. What was a week of work and rest was just arriving late to sleep.

Great hotel! Has vending machines, ice machine, a mini store, and free breakfast!!! Lots of near by super stores, restaurants, and shopping as well.

Place is a dump, NO POOL like ADVERTISED, they do that because they would loose a lot of business if they did. Nobody did anything abolition this, not Howard Johnson not Wyndham. Do not stay at this place is very dirty, “breakfast is terrible, and NO POOL

Hidden behind the another hotel. Room was dusty and but employees were happy to help.

They don’t communicate well with the 3rd party.

Nice location close to freeways and friendly staff. Room where clean and beds were comfortable.

There were no toothbrushes nor toothpaste. There was no ref and microwave. Other than that, everything was nice. There was free breakfast. There is a swimming pool. The thing I liked the most was the free shuttle to Disneyland. I loved my stay here!!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was ready for us every morning and included a variety of choices.

Poor customer service from front desk. The front desk male stated that I reserved for 2 single beds when my reservation clearly showed for an single king bed. Very dirty rooms especially carpets which didn’t appear to have been cleaned for years. Thin walls so you hear every little noise outside rooms. Very soft mattresses. Breakfast food appeared undercooked to the point my fiancee had food poisoning from it. Would not recommend.

見呢間酒店價錢比其他平，又有免費穿梭巴士去迪士尼，所以訂咗兩晚。設備又老又簡陋，第一晚入住已經有一部電梯壞咗另外一部電梯要去到好遠先至可以坐，點知第二日唯一一部都壞埋，要等半日先有得坐。呢件都係小事，竟然第二晚停電，等到早上10:30先有返電，又冇冷氣、有冇熱水沖涼，什麼支援也沒有提供！旁邊假日酒店都係停電，但係竟然人哋會借我兩支電筒仲提供熱水俾我淥杯麵！之後成功爭取到送多一晚免費入住，竟然發現游泳池維修！大熱天時連水都冇得游！免費巴士，仲要明明見到我喺個站度等都可以180度回頭走人，搞到我要坐巴士返酒店。呢間酒店除咗比其他平之外真係冇乜嘢好取！另外呢間酒店收咗我100美元按金到而家我發文都已經超出咗一個星期都仲未退返俾我！我之前喺三藩市同加拿大住嘅酒店邊有咁耐退按金㗎！佢前台同我講兩三日就會退！

網絡完全收不到，出差工作沒辦法住。但近迪士尼樂園，服務員態度還是很好，一大箱包裹幫我搬車上。如果不是網絡問題，還是會考慮住的。
