Facilities: The hotel offers complimentary underground parking. Though not overly spacious, it's free, and the front desk efficiently handled multiple entries/exits for complimentary access. The hotel entrance and lobby are beautifully decorated with a distinctive, elegant feel. The guest rooms feature comfortable bedding and are well-appointed with all necessary facilities. Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness was excellent and met high standards, with cleaning staff frequently maintaining the premises. Location: The hotel boasts a prime central location in Fuqing City, being very close to both high-speed train stations. It's also just a few kilometers away from key attractions such as Licheng Ancient Street and Shizhushan, as well as various city schools and colleges. Service: The front desk staff provided excellent service, always greeting guests warmly and offering helpful guidance on parking and local routes. They were also remarkably quick in delivering requested items like bottled water and toiletries. I was particularly impressed when, upon my request for a non-smoking room during check-in, they proactively arranged a room change and an upgrade, which I greatly appreciated. Overall: I wholeheartedly give this hotel a full 5-star rating. I hope they continue to maintain their excellent standards, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The two girls at the front desk were polite and patient, and made their best efforts to try and understand me and my poor Chinese. However, I Can’t say I had the best first impressions regarding the rooms. I asked for a non-smoking room, and was informed that there weren’t any but that if I felt my room was too smelly, that I could change… sure, ok. Instead of inspecting the room when I first got in, which I should have, I immediately jumped into the shower after a long day of traveling. I got out patting myself dry with a fresh towel when I saw a long strand of hair stuck to my body. On further inspection, hair everywhere and floors full of debris. I then started noticing the musky smell of smoke. I called front desk and they were quick to changed me to another room. Good. I inspected the new room and everything looked good. Until I came back later in the evening and saw a friend sharing the room with me… *sigh*… In conclusion, the two young women at the desk were polite, patient, and courteous. Cleaning and hygiene needs improvement. Suggestions? Invest in some floor vacuums… and maybe more pest control?

The location is fantastic, making travel incredibly convenient. There's a direct airport shuttle, and it's within easy walking distance of Wanda Plaza and the old street. The service attitude was quite good; staff didn't evade issues but resolved them promptly. The facilities and ambiance feel like a 4-star property, and everything appears quite new. They offer a laundry room, gym, card/chess room, and meeting rooms. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Fuqing within the same price range, their breakfast buffet offers the best value for money. It's quite diverse, featuring freshly cooked local dishes like 'Laohua' (a local noodle soup). Overall, considering the price and amenities, this is one of the most value-for-money hotels in the area. It has been operating for decades with a consistently good reputation, and a recent renovation two years ago means everything feels very fresh and modern.

This was my first time in Fuqing, and staying at this hotel for a night was very convenient. Fuqing isn't a large city, so getting around is a breeze. There are plenty of delicious food options right downstairs and on the street next door. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Fuqing.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful. They even have a food delivery robot, which made everything incredibly convenient. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel boasts a superb central location, right across from Atour. It offers excellent value for money! I had a wonderful stay during my holiday trip. They even offer a complimentary bedtime snack! The overall ambiance was incredibly satisfying!

Good location, clean and comfortable room. Depending on the other occupants, sometimes the smell of smoke is very strong because there are no non-smoking area. Near local restaurants, supermarket, fruit store, and others

Absolutely a 5 out of 5 in terms of service, room is super clean. Shower and toilet are spacious. Hotel was quiet with robot delivering food deliveries to the room. Only downside was the air conditioning was not working, it seems like it was turned off for cleaning for the 7 days of my stay. At 27 degrees C, it was unbearablly hot. When issue was raised to the front desk, they immediately provided a fan for the room. Breakfast was reasonable, buffet was filling, but options somewhat limited. Good tasting.

The room was spacious. They were incredibly thoughtful to offer a complimentary late check-out as our child was napping at noon. The surrounding amenities are excellent, and parking is convenient. We'll definitely be back.

The room was excellent – new, clean, and tidy. The quality of the disposable amenities was high. Breakfast was very generous, and everything tasted delicious. Furthermore, the location was superb, with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, a great experience.

The room was very clean. I appreciated that the disposable shampoo and shower gel were very clean and hygienic, and the gardenia scent was lovely. The breakfast was also quite generous. My only suggestion for improvement would be to clean the communal washing machine daily; that would make the stay absolutely perfect.

Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were all great.
