I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.
在瑞士鲁能酒店的入住体验非常好，工作人员的服务很称职。在深夜与外国护照办理入住手续时，刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇非常友善，并坚持帮我们搬运行李并护送我们到房间。我们没有国内手机号，他们还主动加了微信以保持更容易的沟通。高效响应令人印象深刻。我们提出的任何问题，都得到了及时回复与解决。包括在大半夜，有多需要的刘基扬和王国琪也及时送到我们房间里，其他三位也很及时的替我们我们与相关人士联系。
酒店早餐选择丰富，中西式都有，如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题，但我遇到的那些工作人员，都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说，体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务，得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。

The room was not clean enough and lack of maintenance, pungent cigarette smell from towel and cigarette buds found at door step of the chalet room, staff was nice and keen to help, view was good.

The room that assigned supposed to be 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, yet we were assigned to 2 queen beds. The staff did help to change to the room we're requested. But the room that assigned to us were at the rear corner, so we choose to still stayed at the 1st room they put us in. The water were flooded inside the shower due to inbalance floor inside the shower and everytime we are showering the water will leak to outside the shower room.

Great location, right next to the ski hill. Staff were super helpful. Would wish for a bit more variety for food options because if you leave the resort there really isn’t anything close. There’s shuttles you can take to go to nearby attractions. Wish there was a jacuzzi and a nice bar to go in the evening to have a drink;) but hey you can’t have everything .

Andy ZHOU (the person who took charge of us) was just fantastic! He welcomed us and showed us around the resort... gave us his wechat and every-time we needed something, he was available. It was simply great to have his help. Globally, we were delighted with the stay at the hotel.
The only thing to note is that the ski slope are more for beginners. there are few and they are not very high. Other than that the stay was just great thanks notably to Andy !!!

這次來長白山，瑞士跟萬達都住了，全家一致反饋瑞士住的舒服，服務好，房間大，最重要的是Wi-Fi超快！接待我們的是禮賓孫連卿小哥，人非常好！有啥需求都可以跟他説，入住前一天就聯繫我➕上v我要租護具也是找他幫忙聯繫的（價格非常優惠）去天池要打車也是找他聯繫的。有啥需求都可以跟他説，不用不好意思，非常熱情的小哥～
關於吃：網上都説瑞士這邊吃的少，我感覺還可以有漢堡王有餃子，烤肉，拌飯啥的，可以滿足基本吃飯需求的！點評上面看還有不少包接送的吃飯店家的，度假區下面有個錦江木屋村，就是那種很經典的東北屯子景色，還有很多吃飯的店家，都是電話包接送的。
關於滑雪：瑞士人少，初級道多，適合第一次滑雪的菜鳥，就是滑雪教練（助理）比萬達貴，不過服務非常好！主打情緒價值非常到位！鞋都不用你自己穿，板子也不用拿！
關於温泉：場地很大，對小朋友非常友好，裏面有很多小朋友的玩樂設施，大人的泡池也很多！管夠！室外池子也很出片，當然瑞士哪哪都出片！

長白山瑞士酒店無疑是一個值得推薦的旅遊目的地。無論是想要逃離喧囂的城市生活還是尋找一處安靜放鬆的地方，這裏都是理想的選擇。
我們到達酒店半夜了，禮賓部李耀凱，谷雲飛，孫連卿為我們提前辦好了入住，到酒店我們拿着卡就進房間了，特別方便，還為我們講解權益 服務叫車 無微不至，下次再來東北旅遊時，繼續將長白山瑞士酒店列入我的行程！

預訂部的美女主動給我前調電話溝通，升級到了美憬閣，酒店在山頂最高處，這邊房型不是套房，帶陽台，還蠻好的，5樓頂樓能看到長白山，但是很遠，仰角只有2度，必須長焦才能看到。酒店早餐很不錯，服務也很好，健身房沒發現。浴缸清潔可以再進步一下。美憬閣相比較而言，有點像萬豪的傲途閣精選那種調調，房型有陽台，可以看景，沒有套房，親子的話，孩子如果大一點的話，床會有點不夠睡，要麼加床，所以還是適合情侶一些，親子還是選擇魯能瑞士的套房，好一點。去長白山西坡近，去北坡遠，北坡日落團下來從二道白河開過來100分鐘。冬季能趕上吃晚飯。在酒店旁邊華美達勝地拍了幾張，秋景不錯，看到了紫金山阿特拉斯彗星，還給我打包了晚飯不錯！
