Ulasan Gangneung the Sharp Hotel

Hotel location is very close to KTX and Central Market. Extremely friendly Oba helped me to order BHC chicken and even offered his membership discounts. An elder staff always ask me do I remember to carry my hotel room key with me, feel just like home old papa.😃😄😉

I’m from New York and traveling Korea and Japan for 100 days. Alone. Last time I visited Gangneung was 44 years ago and this town changed surprisingly. ‘Hotel The Shap’ was located pretty close to main station ( reason why I picked this place) and will see the rooftop signboard on the top of the building from front of the station square. Fairly enough clean room and large bathroom and most of all, friendly desk. Clean up teams are friendly and cooperative as per your request. Price was very much reasonable also. I recommend to other fellow travelers and will come back if I come to Gangreung in future. Thanks for kindness of lady owner.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. The room was spacious and the toilet super comfortable with a very big bathtub. The reception was always available to give help and suggestions and the check in was very smooth and fast. The location is also very strategic, close to the KTX railway and with various bus options for going around the city. This hotel is strongly suggested.

It is located close to Gangneung Station, and the overall facilities are good value for money. I especially liked the bathtub facilities. I plan to stay there again.

The hotel is easily accessible from the Gangneung express bus and KTX station, and it's also easy to get to the sea from the hotel, making it a very convenient location. The room was clean, I could watch Netflix, and it was cleaned daily. There was even a bathtub, which was very relaxing. For the price, the service was excellent. There's also a famous kalguksu restaurant nearby.

The room was spacious and clean, which was great. There were a lot of good restaurants nearby, and it was close to the central market, which was convenient. However, the only light was yellow, so my eyes didn't feel sore. It was uncomfortable to put on makeup.

It's very close to Gangneung Station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is very clean, and the owner is very nice. I would definitely stay here again next time I come.

Because my aunt said the air conditioner was broken on the day we went there, so she immediately took us to a nearby hotel. So I don’t know the hygiene level and facilities. But the location and service of the hotel are super super good. The hotel we moved to is also very clean and comfortable. I will go to my aunt next time I go to Gangneung☺️

Overall, it's clean and there's no problem using it alone. I'm satisfied. It's close to Gangneung Station and it's okay for walking around the city. I'll definitely stay there.
