FabHotel Oak Ridge Retreat

We had booked Premium Room in the Hotel for family visit to spend quality time. The hotel has provided room committed to serve premium services during stay. We reached around 11:45pm and they offered us room at top floor even after knowing that we had one 4 yr old kid. The room was smelling due to moisture a lot. So we requested to change the room. The staff assure the change of room in the morning so we adjusted anyways. Next day we went for outing as they assured for best room after check out of their guest. In the evening, we were shifted to the new room. But the condition of room seems pathetic. No cable connection, power sockets are damaged, bathroom was smelly, teak wood flooring was broken at many places. After complaining of the same to the owner, he started mis-behaving with my wife and kids too. At last we checked out hotel early in the morning and spent our time in search of new hotel property. So my suggestion to the seekers of the hotel near MG Marg, beware of such people.
