We visited this lovely hotel in May 2022 for a week of long awaited family holiday with our 4 year old son. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left after a week, we felt at home and completely looked after. This hotel has everything you could possibly need and want for a family get away. It was our first trip abroad with our 4 year old and we weren't sure what to expect but the stay reassured us that we want to do it again and again! The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adjusted for a family. Our balcony was overlooking a lovely green area that made you forget you are in a big city! There was a pool and a kids play area, along with a lovely playground outside and plenty of green space to run around - perfect for an energetic toddler! Breakfast buffet had such a selection that I'm sure we all put on weight as we couldn't stop eating! And Winestone restaurant's food was excellent too, between my family and I we tried almost every dish on the menu! I can't not mention the absolute dream proximity to the beach, which is like 5 minutes away. Same with the lovely boardwalk to Sopot. And if you want to explore the city centre, a bus and tram stop are also only 5 mins away. Ideal! And last but not least - the staff were amazing, with the hotel director personally looking after guests (you don't see that happening much these days!). Our son is still talking about the holiday and we had the most memorable family getaway ever. Thank you Mercure Posejdon!

Very pleasant stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was cleaned well, nicely decorated, good lighting, comfortable mattress, clean towels and linens, refrigerator in room, free bottled water provided, good temperature control, good towels, nice bath products and good water pressure, great proximity to the Gdansk Oliwa train station. The only complaints would be lack of English cable stations (no CNN), I was unable to connect my HDMI device to the TV and some noises could be heard in my room from the hallway. Also there is currently a lot of street construction around the property. However, overall it was a great stay in a comfortable and inviting hotel.

This hotel is nice! Simple yet elegant. I had the chance to stay here on my way to Bydgoszcz. Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and polite. The hotel is clean, they change the towels everyday, and you can ask for your bed linens to be changed too. Breakfast is buffet style and there’s a great selection of food. The only problem is the hotel’s location if you are a tourist. The tourist spots are a bit far. But there’s a beautiful park nearby. All in all, this hotel is great! I enjoyed my stay!

Polecam! Przylecieliśmy na lotnisko o 01:00 w nocy w pierwszy dzień świąt. Dostaliśmy kod do budynku oraz kod do pokoju. Czekał na nas mały ale ładny i czysty pokój z łazienką. Mieliśmy wszystko co potrzebowaliśmy. Czysty komplet ręczników, mydło/szampon, czajnik, kawę, herbata, woda w butelkach. Jedyny minus to jedna kołdra, ale mimo to byliśmy zadowoleni z dobrze przygotowanego pokoju zamówionego spontanicznie w święto. Polecam i na pewno wrócimy ponownie!

Hotel ini mempunyai pengangkutan yang mudah dan boleh pergi ke lapangan terbang. Malangnya, hotel itu sendiri agak lama. Peralatannya sudah lama dan tilam terlalu sukar untuk kita. Di samping itu, anda perhatikan bahawa tidak ada tekanan pada paip air semasa mandi atau membersihkan tandas. Yang peliknya ialah sarapan tidak disajikan dalam bufet, tetapi oleh pekerja.
