房間比較好，景觀好，可以看到日內瓦湖在萬國宮旁。景色和散步都非常不錯。房間也可以有很多名人入住過。服務也很好五星。就是洗手間的龍頭水比較小一點，可能是裝修時間長陳舊了一些。其他方面都挺好。

Nice hotel, all in line with the other Ibis Hotels ie clean rooms and comfortable bed. I wish they have sheer curtains on windows, not blinds only. Breakfast is also fine, although hot plate with sausages was empty on both days I stayed (I’m vegetarian so not a big deal for me). Internet connection in room was good and speedy.

Helpful concierge! Shoutout to Sebastien, Ridha, another lady on concierge that kindly guide us the right way to head to French sector of Geneva airport. The hotel is cosy and convenient with the free shuttle from airport. We also squeeze in some time for their lovely hammam and sauna.

It is an old hotel so the lifts are slow and old. There is renovation work so a bit inconvenient that some workers walking along the floor. The Michelin restaurant service is perfect

#好評#對房內採光，梳洗用品，床品舒適度，性價比，安全性，房間大小滿意；酒店的装修还不错哦，干净，位置离市中心的科尔那万火车站和MANO大超市都不远。早餐还算可以，西式早餐其实各家都差不多。单人房间其实很大，两个单人床或者一个双人床。住俩人没问题，实在不明白为啥算作单人间。价格很划算，就是房间钥匙有点重，我都是存在前台。酒店有收费停车位每天25瑞士法郎，还需要预约。入住前一天发邮件给他要免费公交票，他会发你个电子的票，可以存在手机里或打印出来。入住期间免费做市内tram bus 或者轮渡。

Both the service and breakfast are very good. The location of the hotel is also convenient as the airport and shopping mall are nearby. However, the car park of the hotel is too narrow which is suitable for small cars only. There is also no direct access between the hotel and car park as the only entrance of the car park is outside the hotel.

Although I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)
