Novotel provides all you need: reasonable cleanliness, good shower, hair dryer and boiler for water, which are not a must in many Swiss hotels. The breakfast is beyond expectation. Check in staff and breakfast staff are friendly.
For one reason I may not return to this Novotel is its location on the red light street. First night at 7 pm, there were a few female sex workers who we got passed. Second night at 7pm when we back hotel, there were a few individual males standing at street corners, which did scare us given the neighborhood was already quiet. So if you come in a group to stay in this hotel, safety should not be a big problem and it is good value for money.

The bed provides a high level of comfort, and the room is kept in a clean condition. The location is reasonably convenient, as it is within walking distance of the main train station. However, I must note that the neighborhood can be intimidating, with numerous individuals shouting both at the train station and along the route to the hotel.

Spacious, new and clean room, the layout of standard room is better than room with sofa bed. Excellent location with restaurants, shops and train stations nearby, great choice for business trips.

We’ll maintain hotel located just few hundred meter away from geneva train station, and the surrounding of the hotel also lots of good restaurants and bar around.

The location of the hotel will be abit hard to identify as u need to do a detour around the hotel to get to the hotel entrance . The staff service standard varies from day to day . Complimentary water was not even present in a pleasant manner . Otherwise the room is spacious and nearby there are a lot of eateries
