Harga bilik adalah berpatutan, kebersihannya baik, dan persekitarannya cantik. Terdapat pasar raya, restoran Cina, dan restoran Ma Lei yang terletak berhampiran dengan banyak durian dalam bilik secara keseluruhan, saya berpuas hati.

Unlike many reviews that focus on the lobby, my stay was in a different location. The property is conveniently located with food options and daily essentials just a short walking distance away, which is a major plus. The unit itself, however, showed its age and lacked a sense of cleanliness, particularly on Level 13, Unit O3. If you’re expecting modern amenities like an Android TV or YouTube, you might be disappointed. That said, the bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a soft and restful sleep. This was the highlight of the stay for me. Overall, this accommodation is practical for its location and basic necessities but could use some updates to enhance the experience.

I like the location near to food areas and shop lot. Near to Petron petrol station.

The unit is very dusty. We can see the fan blades and air-conditioning cover is loaded with dust. I have been sneezing the whole time during the stay. The bed sheet are not properly cleaned too.

This place is really not a good recommendation for those without a car as it is really difficult to get a taxi or grab here. Check in/out point and accommodation are at different place, it is difficult to find the entrance too. The room is normal, and the cleanliness is so so (can find hair on the bed), but the bathrrom smells really bad. (You will need to close the bathroom door) We got the room which connecting to the another room. The sounds proofing is just TERRIBLE, and our nightmare starts when the guests besides play music/ watch drama/talking loud at their sides until 4am! We can also smell cigarette smell during midnight too. The safety issue is a concern too, although the door through the connecting room seems locked. The staff can only contact the guest and ask security to check on it, but it doesn't help to solve the problem. Overall, it is awful stay experience.Unless you are desperate, otherwise, you may want to consider other places with similar price ranges.

The smell in the room is really bad. Seems like unoccupied for quite some time.

this place is easy access and you can walk to enjoy ur food just a few meter away.
