Ulasan Residence Inn Memphis Germantown

I have not traveled for years but when I did, I always chose Marriott. I was disappointed in this Residence Inn: 1) Cleanliness- Outside of room, leading up to front door, was dirty, dusty, had misc. paint marks, did not inspire confiedence 2) In side of room: Popcorn ceiling, choice of color in room, etc. Had to look under bathroom sink to find Kleenex 3) Breakfast- eggs were cold, muffins were stale Based on this, I will consider not staying at Residence Inn

The staff and service at this Residence Inn could not have been more friendly or helpful. Very impressive! My main complaint was that the hide-a-bed was terribly uncomfortable. Probably the worse sofa bed I've ever slept on. Also please provide a complete sheet set rather than just a fitted sheet. But, if you don't need to make use of the extra bed, it is a very pleasant stay.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was out of date but suitable for our needs. The breakfast was neat, clean, and tasty. If the hotel was updated, it was be 5 stars.

Doors were hard to open. A lot of guests kept their doors cracked because they were hard to get in and out of and made a lot of noise when you were able to get them open.

This was the worst Marriott I’ve stayed at. Very dated. Found a roach in the room (took a pic and told the front desk but nothing noticeable done). Limited breakfast options. Side doors were broken so we had to go around front to get in. Pool wasn’t open when I came so…

Nice area Near the golf event. Good price. Easy check in.

Room needed maintenance windows coming apart. Tub wouldn’t drain. For that kind of money should of been in a lot better condition.

Rooms need updating. Not enough outlets in bedrooms.

The staying and the breakfast were good except finding the Hotel Building was very complicated with google maps directions. It would have helped if The Residence Sign was on the actual Building.

I like the hotel and the location but it had a few roaches so y'all need to exterminate. That's the only thing I didn't like.

Last Wednesday, we lost everything in a house fire. We found this hotel and stumbled in bleary eyed and in our only clothes. Karen G, at the front desk, was kind, understanding, and went out of her way to make sure we felt safe and comfortable. And when I broke down in tears, she held me in her arms with a warmth you’d never expect from a stranger. I hope someone sees this. I hope good things come to her. Thank you, Karen.

The staff was friendly and helpful in every area. The staff here is so much better than any hotel in the area and it shows. Great job team

Although the facility was a but outdated and there were several small issues (Dirty kitchenware in cabinets to note just one), the staff made it an amazing stay. Any issues were addressed immediately and with kindness and care. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. They all made us feel at home.
