On arrival, the staff was welcoming. The service is probably something they need to work on. The card to my room wasn’t working, the concierge had to use the master key to open. I couldn’t really leave the room whenever I wanted because I’d have to call him to come and open the room. I feel like it was inconvenient. Location wise, it’s right by the airport.

Clean hotel. Seems like a newly built building. We enjoyed our stay and the people were friendly and very helpful We will stay there again

Decent price, rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Soaker tub was really nice. While only a few minutes' drive away, this is not *at* JNB airport. There is *a* City Lodge at JNB, but not this one, and you have to pay to take the shuttle or Uber. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of. Also - why are there no fridges in the rooms?

No elevater had to carry own luggage up stairs. Not for older lady travellers. I don't like to complain, but I would never stay there again. Ist room had bed bugs, I always check before i even take my shoes off! Yes got another room. They were kind and supportive about that. Just didn't need the drama. Also no telepnone calls when my husband called. I was asked to talk to hubby on reception desk he would be calling again in 10 minutes.

They had a nice water view from the dining areas and we were told that at times they have had hippos gather there. We did get to see any but would have loved to get to experience it. Definitely will need to plan a second visit.

Beautiful hotel with relaxing atmosphere. Nice outdoor area and pool. Staff were friendly highly recommend

I really liked it here but I was disappointed by the continued problems with the wifi. Also I would have loved some USB ports and electrical outlets. Lastly, most hotels of this class have a refrigerator in the room but this one did not
