Nice hotel and good service. A bit of distance from central of surfer paradise though. We have a small baby, have to always call uber.

Moderate room with everything nearby, the pool is especially nice & Japanese restaurant is a must try

A very nice place to stay, the rooms are very clear, the staffs were friendly and helpful. Location wise, it’s about 20 mins away from main surface paradise area.

staff are nice and breakfast is superb!!!! the swiming pool is not warm(even cold) while the hot spas give it a bonus gym is big very so much machines and apples provided.

Very disappointed stay. They need to improve their buffet breakfast upgrade to free barista coffee at breakfast no minimum spend and extra fee for room service better housekeeping and add a kids club!

Amazing hotel for families. Our kids loved sea water pool with coral fish. Food is ok. Breakfasts are good, however we didn’t like seafood buffet

Not so child friendly. A bit hard for a mum when she is looking after two kids n one new born kid to get water by herself .

Very good service especially the lady at the check-in counter. Sincere to help with anything and will provide her assistance with great consideration for the need for our family. The hotel not only have swimming facilities but also a small beach and a game room with many video games and kids movies. Great experience for kids too.
