An average quality onsen hotel in Gero. Not the best type but also better than many. It is a matter of one's choice in spending more money for better choices or not, as the price range in Gero can be 100% difference for the best and those with much lower price. All onsen are old in the hardware facilities, but traditional.

We booked the private room. The room is spacious and has a private bathroom and toilet. The room is nice and clean.

這家下呂温泉酒店離下呂站近，出火車站右轉，然後走地下通道至白鷺撟頂端左轉200米就到了，酒店非常舒服，設施齊全，比較新的裝修，房間大、窗口風景很美，温泉為一個人或者二𠆤人的單間室，温泉三天洗後皮膚明顯變化，滑爽。老闆是德國人，老闆娘為日本人，非常熱情，早餐提供豐富多彩美味. 西式日式風格。下次一定要再次去

This appears to be a family-run business with warm hearted hospitality. The hosts didn’t speak much English but we managed to use a digital translator to communicate. Am grateful the hotel provides free shuttle pick up from Hida Osaka Train station. We had to get our previous hotel to ring Senyukan to inform them about the expected timing of our train arrival. We appreciate the immense patience of the hotel shuttle driver. She put up with 2 changes of timing of our train arrival because of significant delays from the Highway bus from Nagoya to Takayama where we had to connect to Hida Osaka Train station. We had booked to stay 3 nights and loved every moment of the stay. The kaiseki Hida Beef dinner had the perfect balance of sweet/sour/ salty taste. Each dinner also had a cooked fish either grilled, steamed or poached, in addition to sashimi ( raw seafood). The soup was exquisitely flavourful as was the freshly prepared salad and tempura ( deep fried vegetable fritters). All the food items were plated with pleasing artistry. We had booked the hotel for its hotsprings which lived up to their therapeutic reputation. Although the sex-segregated pools were for hotel guests, we found ourselves often the only ones who used them at the time. Highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and wonderful value-added hospitality. The only downside of the hotel is that the wifi signal is not always stable in the guest rooms. But wifi is more accessible from the hotel lobby.

県民割を利用しての宿泊でした。 事前に電話で申告もしていたのでチェックイン手続き、県民割の申請共に非常にスムーズでした。 館内案内は外国籍のスタッフさんで、言葉の壁はあれど、必要事項は全て説明していただけてわかりやすかったです。 併せてチェックイン時にいただいたインフォメーションに各大浴場への行き方もわかりやすく記載されていて迷うことなく、3つの大浴場全て利用できました。 夕食をどれにするか非常に悩みましたが、小川屋さんは初めての利用だったため、スタンダードな会席にしましたが正解でした。個室宴会場でゆったり食事がとれ、量も味も満足です。 夕食の係の方も外国籍の方でしたが、案内の方同様丁寧でとてもよかったです。 朝食ブッフェも7:00過ぎに利用したためとくに混み合うこともなく、席も眺望が良くゆったりできました。 バルコニーに露天風呂付きのタイプでしたので、部屋での滞在も非常にリラックスできおすすめです。 全くもって不自由のない滞在になりました。 同行者もとても気に入っていて下呂に行く際はまた伺いたいと思います。

良かった点 · ★チェックイン 細やかな対応で、気分良くチェックインすることができた。 コロナの中で、頑張っておられるフロントマン、ホテルマンの方々に感謝です。 ★部屋 思っていたとおりの和室で、窓からの景色もよかった。 ・冷蔵庫 ・金庫 ・液晶テレビ ・湯沸かしポット ・トイレ ・洗面所 が、ありました。 ★レストラン 夕食も、朝食も2階のレストランでいただきました。 窓際の席は、夜景がきれいですね。 18時前に行かないと、座れない感じです。 食事は、夜、朝ともにバイキング形式でした。 コロナ対策のため、料理を取りに行くときは、マスクと使い捨て手袋の着用が必須です。 和食中心の料理で、とてもおいしくいただきました。 寿司や飛騨牛ステーキもありました。 ★温泉 体の芯から温まりました。 外湯がなかったのが、少し残念です。 良くなかった点 · ★駐車場への階段 階段が非常に急で、荷物をもっていると怖いくらいです。 雨でぬれた階段は滑りやすく、そう少し何とかならないでしょうか？

典型的日式風格温泉酒店。和朋友一行八人半個月的日本遊中唯一一夜榻榻米體驗，也是唯一一次訂了晚飯的酒店。對第一次體驗日本温泉文化的國人來説很合適，性價比是不錯的。 酒店很老舊，温泉很棒（滑溜溜的）。酒店位置不錯，走到主街幾分鐘即可，沿途可以看到沿河很多小温泉和泡腳的地方，地熱資源真的是槓槓的。 建議訂一下晚餐，品種豐富包括了各種典型日料，值得一試。
