飯店離市中心有點遠，但距離我們的跨國長途巴士站很近，早上checkout 寄放行李下午取回，就在飯店接待大廳休息到巴士出發前15分鐘，很棒！櫃檯服務親切友善，房間很大設備不錯，鄰近馬路卻不吵。我們連續住宿兩晚，從飯店附近的火車站搭車到布魯日玩一整天，非常開心😃。我們選擇含早餐，因為客人不多，餐食樣式選擇較少，是唯一美中不足之處。

Путешествую по Европе и это был лучший отель и номер. Выше всех похвал. Чистота и уют на 10 из 10. Завтрак замечательный, в общем уезжать не хотелось, был как дома. Но впереди ждет Люксембург, правда ночевать буду в Мец, так как в Люксембурге очень дорогие отели, а я еду дальше в Страсбург)
Рекомендую отель смело! Лучший!

This hotel has been a wonderful experience for us. We have a one bedroom apartment with cooking facilities although we only made tea as their restaurant is fabulous. The beds are very comfortable with cosy duvets. We ate all our meals here and enjoyed them all. Their breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious but their dinners are superb. We sampled both their set menu and their regular menu and were delighted with all our selections. We used this hotel as our base to see parts of Belgium as it is ideally situated for this. So glad we found this spot!

Okay breakfast, but really nice reception staff. My bus had been cancelled so i came in at the afternoon and the lovely staff still found me a room. The next day they also allowed me to stay a bit in the reception until waiting on the rescheduled bus.

Didn’t really know what to expect at Castelnou, however was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The bar/restaurant area was nice and there was also a small courtyard area. Breakfast was great, with a big selection and therefore something for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The aparthotel was peaceful and we slept really well on comfortable beds. Great location as a 15 min walk into the centre of Gent, and close to Dampoort station and buses. Would most definitely recommend 👍

A truly superb hotel, being a coach driver the coach can be parked just 8 minutes walk away Food is fantastic, all staff are amazingly helpful and friendly Room I had was huge, love the coffee machine and full size fridge A very quiet hotel can here nothing during the night it’s just top marks

Staff was friendly, and even provided nice brochures with useful information. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was alright. The room was very spacious. The room's kitchen was well equipped.
The hotel is close enough to be able to reach the city's center by walking, but also happens to conveniently have public transportation close by.
Overall a good hotel choice to visit Ghent.

The staff were all lovely; Luc was especially helpful, gave great advice, recommendations, directions. The suite was a really great size.
The furniture in the room was starting to look shabby and the two drains in the bathroom were slow. For some reason the TV kept turning off.
I would stay there again.
