Hotel Premiere

Femme de ménage fume en faisant le ménage donc ça sent dans tout l hôtel. Femme âgée ok mais la mais la fumée de cigarette pour les non-fumeurs je trouve que ce n’est pas normal… la piscine est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très nul il n’y a absolument rien, on a vu des gens avec des croissants alors que nous nous n’en avions pas. Très bruyant car nous étions juste au-dessus de la réception au premier étage la chambre donnait sur la cour du parking. Nous avons été obligé d’appeler la réception car nous ne pouvions pas dormir. Le matin réveillé par les bruits des personnes qui parlaient…. Pas top! Sinon le Parking était gratuit donc c’est un plus. Climatisation non réglable… Il faisait soit trop froid soit trop chaud.. très petite douche. 

The hotel and staff are amazing, it is clean and comfortable , close to the beach, the rooms are brilliant and modern , and the staff are so helpful. The breakfast is very nice and there is plenty to choose from , a beautiful place and I would defo stay here again

As a Canadians we usually never complain but this was far to avoid to complain, First of all comparing with the hotel we went previously same stars (4) ( HotelBest Western Art deco )we are shocked with this hotel (Premiere) in Giugliano in Campania, very bad experience the hotel doesn’t deserve even a single star , we came early from Rome after an extenuating trip and the staff said our checking was at 3 pm, they asked our passport to get ready the room and we complied and we went to eat at the restaurant La lune di miele ( so good) when we came back our room wasn’t ready , they booked to another customer and we waste around 2 hours waiting for the room , the explanation was so vague because we were right about the room , when get in into the room the experience was even worse there weren’t 2 twin bed be used the room was for marry couples and we are a family of 4, my son couldn’t fit into the sofa ,the bed for them weren’t twin just single , I requested to change the sofa , and an employer came with the frame putting me in a bad situation because the person made the bed in front of me when the lady to tackle care of that wasn’t here, the room look likes a hospital room ( don’t get me wrong ) I am not against of hospital room but came to have a good vacation from Canada otherwise we would go to Spain,the AC didn’t work and i have to request a fan which was a small one , is like a sauna in the room, floor dirty and washroom smell with pee, nothing with a good smell like 4 stars hotels, the staff didn’t want to give me a managers phone to request a change of room , I booked the hotel a year ago, we are like Tuna can fish in the room, my family doesn’t want to take a shower because the bad smell, the Ac works better in the lobby so my and i e is if you want cool air go downstairs and don’t get in until you go sleep. The pool we couldn’t use because it says that close @6 pm but people were swimming .the lights are bad, so my recommendation if you want to SUFFER come to this hotel and the experience that you never have, otherwise go to a different hotel.
