Excellent clean and everything is available in this budget excellent and comfortable. I will next time also stay in this hotel. The location is also close to town centre and beautiful view from the room. Thank you for the hospitality and i have already recommended this hotel to my friend for staying they will also like it.

Great hotel, great staff. Very pleasant stay. Breakfast was done to a high standards and good quality coffe. The only downside that the carpet had a lot of stains on it in the room, and as i was staying with the child who wants to play on the floor

Kami menginap di Hotel Easy dua kali dalam tempoh seminggu, saya menempah kedua-dua penginapan sebelum saya pergi ke yang pertama... Saya kesal dengan keputusan itu. Dalam keadilan penginapan pertama, bilik yang kami tempah adalah kira-kira £32 kerana ia adalah hari minggu. Ia adalah yang paling murah yang ada di dalam kawasan pusat bandar Glasgow. Oleh itu, ia mendapat pujian untuk menjadi yang termurah, namun biliknya kecil. Kami mendapat bilik dengan tingkap kedua-dua kali, sebenarnya saya rasa tanpa tingkap anda akan berasa sesak. Saya cuba menempah terus dengan easyHotel tetapi laman web mereka hanya ranap di halaman pembayaran, yang tidak berguna kerana saya telah mendaftar untuk perkhidmatan diskaun dalaman percuma mereka. Yang membenarkan satu jam tambahan di atas katil sebelum daftar keluar - jadi 11 pagi dan bukannya 10 pagi. Selain itu, ia membolehkan kadar yang lebih murah sedikit apabila menempah bilik. Saya juga menelefon hotel untuk memberitahu bahawa saya tidak boleh membuat tempahan dalam talian, mereka berkata mereka tidak membuat tempahan melalui telefon dan menasihatkan untuk pergi melalui laman web pihak ketiga kerana ia cenderung lebih murah. Bilik double itu kecil sehingga anda perlu merangkak ke atas katil untuk pergi ke sisi lain kerana tidak ada ruang yang cukup untuk berjalan di bahagian bawah katil. Bilik mandi pada asasnya adalah bilik basah sebesar tandas kapal terbang. Kebersihannya tidak begitu baik pada kedua-dua kali kami pergi. Kotoran di dinding bilik tidur, kotoran di bilik air yang belum dibersihkan entah berapa lama. Kotoran di lantai semasa perjalanan ke bilik juga tidak kelihatan. Kakitangan di hotel adalah baik, kami tidak diganggu oleh orang lain yang turut menginap di sana, jadi jika anda benar-benar mencari tempat untuk bermalam & tidak merancang untuk berlama-lama di bilik hotel anda - maka lakukannya . Jika anda sukakan lebih banyak ruang daripada 3 langkah anda masuk ke dalam bilik untuk ke katil & bilik mandi yang boleh anda jalani - kemudian teruskan ke tempat ini. Sarung klasik yang lebih murah tidak selalunya lebih baik.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they sure went the extra mile to help us. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Everything you could want from a hotel room. Great breakfast service, large variety and very good quality. The hotel is situated close to the station and shopping area.

Thank you to the staff, as a solo traveller I was quite nervous but I felt so safe. Check in was smooth and friendly. The hotel is clean, stylish and smart. You need your room key to use the lifts so I felt so safe going to my room. I stayed in a double room and it was so spacious! Everything was tidy and well placed. Even though there was a fun fair on the next street it didn’t really bother me when I shut the window. It was my first time staying in an apart-hotel and I would definitely recommend! I didn’t know that having ice in the freezer and cutlery would make me so happy haha. I could chill my water and have a lovely meal in my room without having to fork out for a more expensive takeaway. I used the Tesco express down the street to get myself fresh food. The bathroom had a lovely heated towel Rail too so I had the warmest, fluffiest towel! Down in the lobby they have a Brita water filter, board games, extra kitchen equipment and food and drink. Will certainly return if I ever visit Glasgow again!

Good location and nice rooms, the entrance is not far from the train station

The hotel is conveniently located a three minute walk from the Glasgow Queen Street Station. Check-in was fast, the staff were friendly and helpful and we were in our room in no time at all. The room was impeccably clean and the amenities were perfect with a hairdryer, kettle, teas, coffees, hot chocolate, and a bottle of fresh drinking water all by the bedside. We wouldn't think twice before returning to the hotel. No complaints from me, A+++

First class hotel with excellent staff and rooms,I stay here every week while working up Scotland. The rooms are modern and spotless with everything you need. All of the staff who I have got to know over the last year are excellent at there jobs and can’t do enough for you.breakfast is very good with plenty of choices, evening meals are good also. I would definitely stop here with my family rather than just for work

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel around 8 times and absolutely loved it. Beautiful modern comfy rooms, lovely bar area and the best ever showers! We have always experienced first class service from lovely staff. This unfortunately came to an end when we checked in last month. There was one really lovely young lady at reception as we arrived but she was caught up with another guest sorting out a problem with the TV remote control. I believe this girl summoned another staff member to come out from the office to deal with us. Out she came, never said hello, no eye contact infact was cold, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I'm guessing she was not happy at being called out of the office. So, with a cold and hostile attitude, we were checked in and given keys. As we always requested a downstairs room, I noticed our room was upstairs. I asked if there were no downstairs rooms, and we had requested this. She said”yes so I see,” and said no, there aren't any . So would you not think that when checking someone in who had requested a downstairs room, you would at least acknowledge this. Unfortunately, this has put me off returning and we have been staying at a different hotel. It's such a shame when the hotel is lovely and that one ”huffy” receptionist can ruin everyone else's hard work.
