Had a lovely one night stay. Check in with Fiona was very welcoming and efficient. The welcome drink is a nice touch, especially if you’re on your own. Used The Nook a couple of times. I felt the 80’s music in the sauna wasn’t necessary but if that’s your vibe! Breakfast was busy and I had to wait a few minutes to be seated, another staff member on the door would be beneficial.

We have been to alot hotels and the radison red was up there with the best of them the staff were really friendly the total hotel including the room was spotless.what a will say fridge in the room could have had done with a bottle or 2 of water apart from that can't complain

Excellent hotel. Great location for the Glasgow Hydro. Very clean and tidy hotel. Also the staff were great. Staff at both check in and check out were extremely polite. Also I was having trouble booking the restaurant online, so I emailed and a lady called Georgiana sorted out my booking and replied so fast. The restaurant was also great and the food was lovely. I think the waitress was called Laura, and she was so friendly and helpful. I have another concert coming up in April at the Hydro and I will definitely be booking this hotel again.

We booked this hotel expressly for its convenience to Glasgow's bus and train stations in city centre. We stayed at Grasshoppers twice during the same month, as we were coming off a cruise in Dover, going north to the Highlands, then back to Glasgow, all without a car. The hotel did not disappoint in its location, comfortable accommodations, very good breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. We loved the welcome baked treats (and ice cream if you wished), tea/coffee in room, and quiet atmosphere. Its compact rooms were as advertised, so that was expected. We really liked the art along the corridors, and learned it is from the owner's private collection. Granted the street outside is not classy, but we felt perfectly safe there, and liked that guests must be buzzed in, or already know the door code; there is also a doorman or person at the entry desk. We used the Underground (St Enoch Station is only one block away) to visit the museums. There are lots of cafes, nearby. Another plus is that the Airport Express bus stop is only one block away on St. Vincent St; so even if it's raining, you're not exposed for long. Whenever I needed to email the hotel with questions or to amend a reservation, they replied quickly. Would definitely recommend.

The Hotel location is great, right in the middle of city centre. Its great to just step out and walk around all the historic areas amd shopping areas, restaurants. The Room we booked was nice and big and the breakfast was good as well. The only drawback is that if you are driving up to the hotel there is NO place for dropping off your luggage. The street is vwey busy as the hotel is connectes to the geand central station. The Hotel has no parking facilities and we were asked to park at a parking structure which was veey expensive. Even though the hotel gives you a parking discount card, the over all cost of parking overnight is very costly.

The location is extremely amazing! Just two minutes from the central station. But the night is quiet and cozy. And it is a moderate room with clean sheets and towels. All the amenities run well into the morning. Air conditioning in the room can be adjusted by the hotel staff. What is more, there is a convenient bar at the top floor, which you can get hot water and food. I’d like to book it again.

Lovely little hotel with such lovely friendly staff. We were greeted by Amy who was incredibly helpful and cheery which was a lovely welcome. Our deal had Prosecco on arrival which was a lovely way to start our stay. We stayed in a king room which was very spacious and modern with everything you would need. Despite being very central the noise was minimal that you could hear outside. Breakfast was delicious and had a lovely choice. Stevie gave us a warm greeting as we arrived and made the effort to chat to us about our stay. He was incredibly helpful and polite. Great hotel but clearly a great staff team

Very well located. Bright and open reception. Staff excellent. Only 1 small negative was the chaos at breakfast. Too long to queue and space is limited however, this did not impact on the overall service etc.

Thank you to the staff, as a solo traveller I was quite nervous but I felt so safe. Check in was smooth and friendly. The hotel is clean, stylish and smart. You need your room key to use the lifts so I felt so safe going to my room. I stayed in a double room and it was so spacious! Everything was tidy and well placed. Even though there was a fun fair on the next street it didn’t really bother me when I shut the window. It was my first time staying in an apart-hotel and I would definitely recommend! I didn’t know that having ice in the freezer and cutlery would make me so happy haha. I could chill my water and have a lovely meal in my room without having to fork out for a more expensive takeaway. I used the Tesco express down the street to get myself fresh food. The bathroom had a lovely heated towel Rail too so I had the warmest, fluffiest towel! Down in the lobby they have a Brita water filter, board games, extra kitchen equipment and food and drink. Will certainly return if I ever visit Glasgow again!

This hotel was located very close to Glasgow station. The room was very pretty and tea & coffees selection was great. At first, we had a king size room but the mattress was two singles put together on the top of king size bed frame. However, when we told the front desk, they changed us to another room that had two double beds so it was okay. The shower was also big and nice.

Perfect location surrounded by a lot of restaurants and pubs. A nearby bus stop to go to the airport. The room was not 100% clean and the furniture looked a bit old. Sometimes it was a bit noisy as you can hear clearly when others walked and talked in the hallway but I didn’t mind so much as the prices were very reasonable! I didn’t try the breakfast but the area looked very comfy!
