Booked hotel because it was close to O’Hare. The drive was only 15 mins so it was very convenient. The town is nice and hotel is pretty nice too. Going into chicago city might take an hour though.

Very satisfied customer. From a very welcoming, kind staffs to the cleanliness of the room and comfortable bed and very delicious healthy breakfast. Everything was excellent. Thank you.

The air conditioner makes noice very loud. Room is old and not so cleaned. I checked in on 28 Dec 24 around 7 pm and The receptionist was quite impolite. The picture is in downtown Chicago not the hotel.

Very spacious room with a Mountain View. Valet parking was excellent since parking in the area was hard to come by. Not a bad deal at all.

The next night when I returned to the hotel, the room was not cleaned (the Do Not Disturb sign was definitely not hung). I called to ask for some coffee and they agreed but it was not delivered.
