We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helped us book many activities, providing a lot of assistance during our visit.

Excellent rooftop view! Clean room , just the water pressure is weak for shower

The hotel was wonderful, clean, and beautiful. There have terrace to take picture with beautiful sceneary. It is also close to bank, restaurant nearby & town, just steps away. It is also located on a safe and quiet side. The staff are wonderful and cooperative. Overall i'm satisfied stay here and sure will repeat again next time.

Friendly staff who will try their best. But command of English can be improved. Good to stay for photo taking when hot air balloons are all in the air. But because its perched up in the hill, it will be challenging for elderly or people who don't like to walk. All rooms are unique and you cannot expect them to be same layout. Some are really small and some are irregular shape. In one of the big rooms, I even have my own jacuzzi. Breakfast provided is above average in Turkey standard. Hotel can help you to book taxi back to airport when you depart. Oh, a point to note is that when travelling from Cappadocia Airport to hotel, just take the airport shuttle. A lot of taxi drivers will try to scam you to go by taxi meter to go to your hotel (usually this will cost 1,800 lira without traffic). It will cost you much more than to take the airport shuttle which is only 250 lira per pax.

No toothbrush...no toothpaste... great view but not 100% satisfied tho

Very beautiful hotel, the night view from the top floor is unbeatable. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The first day we arrived at the hotel was very late, they made us sandwiches for midnight snack, we lost our luggage because we missed the plane, they helped us to communicate with the airport staff. Every day the service is so sincere and considerate, recommend this hotel!

The room is in comfortable temperature and the service is good, the staff also give us snacks when we leave, he’s so nice

Excellent rooftop view and Turkish decorations, great for taking photos. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

不吹不黑，衹説事實： 優點： 1.地理位置好，酒店在半山腰處，位置高看熱氣球時拍照效果更佳；尤其是那個大露台，是我選這個酒店最大的理由； 2.工作人員都很熱情，服務周到，還幫忙拍照，指引路線，賓至如歸； 3.酒店很乾凈整潔，房間不多，有認真裝修和佈置，有當地特色； 4.早飯算豐盛，坐在露台上享受早餐真的太美好了，我們坐到中午都不肯走。 不足： 1.不是真正的洞穴酒店，是石頭仿建的。如果專門要體驗洞穴房住宿的，請繞道。 2.酒店隔音差，基本上外面聊天我們都能聽到，所以從乘坐熱氣球的人出發開始就沒太能睡安穩。 3.酒店位置高所以沒車的人爬得費勁，不過可以提前給酒店打電話他們會幫忙的； 4.後門附近還在修建，建築材料堆在那稍微影響美觀，如果不要求極致也不太重要，注意安全就行。 5. 酒店不提供牙刷。

房間很有特色，感覺真的住在洞穴裏，老闆也是非常的優秀，我在他們家定的一些活動，他們也很認真的給我推薦。最重要的是他們家rooftop 能直接拍到熱氣球，沒有遮擋，非常的值得

酒店很不錯，價格也合適，服務特別好，老闆養了一衹貓貓，胖的眼睛都看不到了，很可愛很可愛，每天躺在沙發上曬太陽

這個洞穴酒店一點也不陰冷 很乾凈 酒店的各個人員都很nice 有個大天台 我去的時候沒有國內遊客 每天獨享一整個大天台 總體舒適安靜 走路去食街也很近 下次還會再去 隔壁就是網紅密特拉酒店 我還是喜歡這裏不會人擠人
