在格雷梅住過好幾天洞穴酒店 這家衞生很一般 我住的二層 不會悶，也不會很暖，下雪天去的 有窗户 也好停車 隔板隔音很差 兩個人住 睡覺時另外一個人動一下聲音都會很大 價格偏高 浴缸和淋浴一起的 洗澡不方便！

This hotel is situated in the heart of Goreme. We had a family room and it was so spacious, clean and beautiful. We ended up having all our evening meals there after the first night as the food was lovely and a lot cheaper than most of the restaurants in the town itself. Although there is no pool approximately 2 or 3 minutes up the road there are two hotels with pools that allow outsiders to use them for a charge. Also you can get a lovely view of all the fairy chimneys and the town if you take a walk up the hill to where the flag is situated on top of the rock, it’s almost as good as being in the balloon.

Horrific experience. Beautiful hotel and so much potential but staff were awful. First we overheard them trying to cheat a couple who had paid a deposit on a hot air balloon ride saying it was 100 euro more than they agreed. Then we booked a shuttle to airport - an hour and a half before it was scheduled to depart, they called to tell us it had left without us. The man behind the desk starting yelling at us when we came to find out what had happened. we had specifically agreed to a set time but he argued that time wasn’t possible l (and instead we had to be at the airport 4 hours before our domestic flight departed). On top of that, we paid for a room that was extra because of the terrace but there was rubbish everywhere and the furniture was missing parts so we couldn’t use it.

Had a nice time at the Stone House Cave Hotel. Our room was on the ground level with windows looking out at the street. It was pretty quiet considering the shops and cars just outside. Our Deluxe Double room was a good size with plenty of space. The bathroom did appear to have some mold on the ceiling but I think that’s pretty common in these stone/cave buildings. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating! The location is perfect for walking around town and exploring. Overall I would recommend!

Upon Arrival/Departure - Check in/out was hassle free & smooth - The staff show us to our room, go through some explaining & passed the keys to us - Check out was easy as well. Bedroom Apartment - Apartment ambience 8.5/10 - Size was reasonable 8.5/10 (For 3adults) - Cleanliness 8/10 - Bed comfortability 8/10 - Bed & linens cleanliness 8/10 - Safe is available in the apartment - Basic toiletries are available in the room (eg: small shampoo, condition, body wash ...) but better to bring your own if you are very particular abt it. - No toothbrush 🪥 given - Towels are changeable via make up room which is done automatically unless you dun want it then please inform them - Electric kettle is available - coffee & tea is at the pantry - WiFi is available - Good spread of breakfast 🌟Important Note🌟 - Parking is available just outside the hotel Summary - Is truly in the heart of the town. Everything is within walking distance. - Supermarket just outside the hotel 5mins walk - Great price for a great location

One of the best hotel I have been to in Turkiye. The hotel itself is like a small paradise niched in the heart of Goreme. It is strategically located near cafés and restaurants. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was buffet type and there was a wide variety of food offered. You have a great view of the fairy chimneys on the rooftop. Room was very clean and so spacious, with a rustic decor i adored. The hotel also provides for tours such as red tour, green tour,hot air ballons. We tried the red tour through Eye of Cappadocia and ferham was such an amazing bespoken guide who knows about history. He is well conversant and always made sure that our needs were catered for. Best cave hotel in cappadocia. Excellent location, right in the centre. Great view from terrace. Walkable distance to the popular restaurant in Goreme. Special thanx to Mr. Mehmet and Mr. Kadir for being so so helpful. They can go beyond to help you with nything u want. They treat you as a family more then a tourist which makes then so special. It was an excecptional experience staying at Stone House. We were glad we decided to stay here. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the city center. The terrace view is perfect for watching hot air balloons in the moring. The staff was also very friendly, helping create an extra memorable birthday for one of our group members.

Good location and the staff was great and very helpful. They sent me an email after I booked the room with all the tour prices. I booked all my tours through them and was very happy with the tours. This allow me to utilize my 3 days stay to the fullish with less headaches. They also arranged my shuttle airport transfers.

Went for my wife’s big birthday, located conveniently in the centre of Goreme the hotel is set as a cave hotel like many others in Goreme. This is good, mid range cave hotel offering different levels of room to suit all. The service experience is a bit mixed one as had requested some sort of gesture to welcome for my wife’s birthday but was ignored and when mentioned we were told we have the room we booked, we were not looking for an upgrade but just something to show in the room to acknowledge the birthday, oh well! Every time we try to request something out of norm they didn’t seem to understand proper English but when we enquired about booking any tours they could understand us well?? The staff didn’t in the hotel didn’t speak much English but got by. The rooms were nicely designed offering tea,coffee and a fridge. The bathroom had some amenities with some leaks behind the toilet that we didn’t care to mention due to the lack of communication. It was cold but the rooms could be a bit stuffy with central heating so had to have AC on at all times. The rooms are not sound proof and the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows properly. The breakfast was served on roof terrace with good views of Goreme, offering same traditional variety everyday and the staff wasn’t all that apart from one Ali he served us with smile and always at hand to help us. We went to other hotels for drinks in the evening which seemed better with better views. We opted for half board and was a mistake as they offered good food but from a small set menu and not all the items available as we found hardly any customers had dinner in the hotel as there are many places to eat outside with better settings.
