洞窟ルームはエアコンをつけなくても快適でしたが、換気がうまくできませんでした。掃除をお願いしない場合、お水とトイレットペーパーは置いてくれていますが、タオルの替えはフロントに取りに行く必要があります。これらのアメニティはpm8:00までの受付なので気をつけてください。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、特にフルーツとチーズの種類が豊富でした。ホットスナックはライスペーパーの揚げ物がおすすめです。ディナータイムは朝食会場がレストランになっており、壺焼きケバブが絶品でした。外観も内装もコンセプトが統一されており、カッパドキアを存分に楽しむことができました！ありがとうございました！

在格雷梅住過好幾天洞穴酒店 這家衞生很一般 我住的二層 不會悶，也不會很暖，下雪天去的 有窗户 也好停車 隔板隔音很差 兩個人住 睡覺時另外一個人動一下聲音都會很大 價格偏高 浴缸和淋浴一起的 洗澡不方便！

Great location and excellent service. They were very considerate and also arranged for our tours in Goreme as well. The breakfast was adequate with enough options and the dinner was also of a great quality. The room was cave style and when we checked in we requested a change which they were happy to accommodate as there were room available, we decided to stay in our room which was just perfect. Hotel location is walking distance to restaurants and sunrise and sunset viewing points.

Lovely hotel . We had a nice room only problem was the drains in the bathroom was disturbing. This was fixed immediately we mentioned it but the smell did return the day after. Breakfast was plentiful and very good maid service was also good, only thing you don’t see any staff around apart from one guy at breakfast. Good base in Cappadocia,

I stayed here recently with my wife , room 115 . The room was fantastic, extremely large and comfortable. Breakfast was vast with plenty of choice and the food served in the restaurant cheaper than town and more delicious especially izgara kofte . The staff attentive especially the 3 Alis in the kitchen and serving the food . It was quiet, clean and the trips organised by the hotel exceptional, and wernt pushed. They told us what was available and didn't try and upsell . If you want peace and quiet in a good hotel whose standards of cleanliness and service is exceptionally high , stay here . The hotel is situated within reach of the centre of Goreme but far enough away from the hustle and bustle but not too far as others are . We want to thank everyone at the hotel for a lovely experience and the chef for amazing food .

The hotel is beautiful. We had a deluxe double and the room was huge and super confy. The tube was just so so unconfortable. Good breakfast, but the rooftop is not as in the pictures! The baloons are very far away. Anyway the view is nice. They just do not speak english...

This hotel is situated in the heart of Goreme. We had a family room and it was so spacious, clean and beautiful. We ended up having all our evening meals there after the first night as the food was lovely and a lot cheaper than most of the restaurants in the town itself. Although there is no pool approximately 2 or 3 minutes up the road there are two hotels with pools that allow outsiders to use them for a charge. Also you can get a lovely view of all the fairy chimneys and the town if you take a walk up the hill to where the flag is situated on top of the rock, it’s almost as good as being in the balloon.

Horrific experience. Beautiful hotel and so much potential but staff were awful. First we overheard them trying to cheat a couple who had paid a deposit on a hot air balloon ride saying it was 100 euro more than they agreed. Then we booked a shuttle to airport - an hour and a half before it was scheduled to depart, they called to tell us it had left without us. The man behind the desk starting yelling at us when we came to find out what had happened. we had specifically agreed to a set time but he argued that time wasn’t possible l (and instead we had to be at the airport 4 hours before our domestic flight departed). On top of that, we paid for a room that was extra because of the terrace but there was rubbish everywhere and the furniture was missing parts so we couldn’t use it.

Upon Arrival/Departure - Check in/out was hassle free & smooth - The staff show us to our room, go through some explaining & passed the keys to us - Check out was easy as well. Bedroom Apartment - Apartment ambience 8.5/10 - Size was reasonable 8.5/10 (For 3adults) - Cleanliness 8/10 - Bed comfortability 8/10 - Bed & linens cleanliness 8/10 - Safe is available in the apartment - Basic toiletries are available in the room (eg: small shampoo, condition, body wash ...) but better to bring your own if you are very particular abt it. - No toothbrush 🪥 given - Towels are changeable via make up room which is done automatically unless you dun want it then please inform them - Electric kettle is available - coffee & tea is at the pantry - WiFi is available - Good spread of breakfast 🌟Important Note🌟 - Parking is available just outside the hotel Summary - Is truly in the heart of the town. Everything is within walking distance. - Supermarket just outside the hotel 5mins walk - Great price for a great location

One of the best hotel I have been to in Turkiye. The hotel itself is like a small paradise niched in the heart of Goreme. It is strategically located near cafés and restaurants. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was buffet type and there was a wide variety of food offered. You have a great view of the fairy chimneys on the rooftop. Room was very clean and so spacious, with a rustic decor i adored. The hotel also provides for tours such as red tour, green tour,hot air ballons. We tried the red tour through Eye of Cappadocia and ferham was such an amazing bespoken guide who knows about history. He is well conversant and always made sure that our needs were catered for. As regard budget, well it is defo a value for money hotel and would recommend anyone staying in Cappadocia this hotel. Much love from Shaziah,Nawaz,Mishaal and Fadiilah of Mauritius
