Fast check in process. Very clean and comfortable. Lawson and family mart close to hotel. Very close to main road. Lots of parking lot.

We are a HK family w 2 kids, this hotel is fit for the ppl to have car, as it’s just next to the IC, and there’s a convenient store opposite to the hotel, and we only can drive car to find the nearby restaurant & Aeon supermarket, we are very satisfied w the hotel tidy, clean and provided w onsen, thank you.

The room is of standard size but looks quite new. The buffet breakfast is quite good. They also have free parking. The only downside is that the laundry area is not inside the hotel building.

I loved the hotel, services and amenities was wonderful, food is great, rooms clean and nice with beautiful view on Mt Fuji! Onsens was also an amazing experience, just the location for local transfer is a little far away.

We booked a room that has Mt Fuji view, and yes we had a clear view of Fujisan, which is nice! Guests can use the onsen for free, light refreshment is nice touch too. Although there are not many restaurants nearby, but the convenient shops are able to make do. Transportation wise, it's advisable to drive there.

noticed a few stains on the bed sheet forgot to take photo. Other than that was pretty average nothing off the top. Restaurant downstairs that serves paid dinner is not too bad.

The hotel have free onsen and pay for food. Is very nice highway hotel. Nice stay.

Hotel is located next to Expressway, a bit outskirt about 30 minutes drive from Gotemba at night very quiet. Hotel however is clean and comfort, have a public bath, the buffet breakfast is cheap 1200yen per person with reasonable food quality. Hotel restaurant have clear view of Mount Fuji, offer free parking.

Room was nice and cosy. There was free parking so it was a plus point. Convenience store just right at the front of the hotel.
