Spacious room 2 double bed Everyday Housekeeping Location near to Premium Outlet. Near to Highway Acess because I'm driving 2 minute walking distance to Halal Local Japanese Food Restaurant. Have in room Sauna which is a surprise, a bathtub and mineral water cooler in the rooms. Very happy to choose this Hotel for our 4 nights stay.

Very nice and big room for me and my kids. The room had a huge tub and even a in room sauna. Location is difficult to get to if you are not driving.

The room was pretty good, but it's a bit out of the way and quite a distance from the outlet mall. Dining options nearby aren't very convenient. That said, the room itself was comfortable and the facilities were excellent.

It was around 20:00 PM. We arrived there. The reception was welcoming. Room was clean and equipped with furnitures as mentioned in the booking site. Mt.Fuji is viewed clearly from the balcony when the weather is clean. Overall, the stay was satisfying and comfortable.

What a dream! A true hidden gem - i wish we booked for more than one day :( our room had a sauna and a jetted tub plus a microwave and fridge, breakfast table, sofa and water fountain as well as a humongous TV! We also took advantage of the free laundry services they have! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

The room is huge and very clean. Able to open the window to fresh cold air into the room. A pity that only staying 1 night. As we are driving, location is fine with us. We found a shrimp cracker mall, so much cheaper from Takashimaya!

Location: Near to Shinagawa Station which link to most of the place you will visit as a tourist. Cleanliness: the room is clean, not feeling any uncomfortable. Service: We reached the hotel around 8pm after visit Gotemba Premium Outlet, the reception staff is not english speaker but we still able to communicate via google translate & some body language. Facilities: we do not have time to try their facilities, but in room facilities is well maintained. check out process is simple and is friendly. View: I forgot which floor we stayed, but the view is awesome, before we checked out we can see the Mt. Fuji which is superb.
