Room is clean and the onsen is wonderful. But the best is the dinner and breakfast! Will come back again!

This onsen hotel look rather old and tired from the outside, but besides that, everything about it exceeded my expectations. Location is just about a 6-7 minutes' walk from the train station. We stayed in the Japanese style room, which was clean, fairly spacious and overlooking the mountains. Onsen was good with both indoor and outdoor pools on the ground floor and first floor, swapping between males and females at allocated hours. As for the dinner, it was simply awesome! It was the standard buffet eat and drink all you can type, except it was not so standard with the standard food and the usual house pour. Dinner was widespread and high-quality stuff (graded wagyu steak) and a selection of whisky and premium beer lager. (Beer not the usual plastic cups BUT BY THE BOTTLES!) It was no surprise that queues start forming at 5.30pm even though dinner officially only start at 6. So, if Sansuikan is your pick, make sure you make a reservation with dinner.

For the cost of the hotel room..... i find the amenities quite wanting. There is no air conditioning, only heating, in the room i stayed in. If they expected customers to open their windows for replacing air conditioning, it would have been great if they installed mosquito netting panels as when we opened our windows for air, we had mosquitoes flying into the room.

The room doesn't have air conditioning（even in April）so we didn't sleep well.

The dinner buffet was hearty and awesome! Wide variety of food choice and the long leg crabs were super fresh! The hotel room was spacious.

What a lovely hotel. Love the experience! Will definitely come back next time!

Should offer more shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in room. Should add more sashimi types in buffet

Good hot spring hotel for family and friends. I ordered the full board experience, nice!

The food is excellent and the hot-spring is good.

1. a special dinner is only available as a package to choose Japanese style room. We booked it but at last we were told there was no other dinner except dinner buffet at the spot. This was extremely frustrated because we would not book this package if this is the case. 2. Japanese style room on the 2nd floor, outside which is a zinc metal cover, we suffered the dripping sound of heavy raining on the zinc metal cover. 3. only warm air ventilation, which was extremely uncomfortable unless you switched it off and open the window, which makes the dripping noise every greater. We cannot sleep all night.

Free snack and drinks in the hotel lobby for people to wait for check in. Staff there is very professional. Staff will call to my room to remind me to have breakfast. Happy experience to stay there for 1 breakfast and 1 dinner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the second time, and I must say, it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the amazing hot spring experience. The soothing waters provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of activities. Additionally, I was delighted by the delectable dinner served at the hotel's restaurant. The culinary offerings were of exceptional quality and left me completely satisfied. I'm already looking forward to returning to this hotel during the winter season. The thought of enjoying the hot spring and indulging in another delicious meal in the cozy ambiance of the hotel fills me with anticipation. Highly recommended!
