Hotel with a perfect location right by the harbor at Lindholmen, only a 6-minute free ferry ride to the city center. I truly liked my room with a wonderful view, enjoyed the super yummy breakfast and also enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel lobby during the evening hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I honestly loved the overall atmosphere and spirit of the hotel.⁣ ⁣⁣ The hotel is a perfect place to stay for business people, couples, friends, families, and solo travelers like me. ⁣ ⁣ Also, I’d add that there is complimentary fitness and wellness area on the top floor. Highly recommended!⁣⁣

Scandic Europa is the perfect location to stop if you ate going to a concert at the Ullevi stadium. Located right by the main station. The rooms were adequate and the breakfast excellent. We did have a couple of issues that were immediately sorted out so nothing negative to say. We left very early in the morning, Uber was on time and we were provided with breakfast boxes. Overall a very good choice.

Very central hotel located close to the train station. Super nice service at reception and fantastic servive in the oak bar, You have to visit this bar. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. A littel bit crowdy at breakfast and hard to get seats, So choose another time than peak time when the hotel is almost full. But overall a great place to stay.

well organized, very clean hotel with a very nice architecture in the city center, near Gothenburg Central station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only can highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure purposes.

超級棒的酒店！建議定高級房30平方在北歐真的算很大的了，性價比很高，高級房浴缸和淋浴分開空間很足，雙洗手枱，整體很舒適。 洗漱用品味道很特別，瓶身上有“靜”字中文很親切。衞生很不錯，保潔人員也很好溝通，即使週末人多快滿房打掃也很快！ 早餐不錯，每層樓有免費的咖啡機，牛奶植物奶以及可頌，三明治，小點心隨意享用。這點很特別！不出酒店門就可以享受百年城堡建築的樂趣！ 屋頂游泳池據説不錯但沒去，下次可以試試！ 地理位置毋庸置疑，坐火車首選，火車站商業很方便超級多的餐飲和超市，住宿很方便！ 哥德堡不大，比較值得去的就是沃爾沃博物館和藝術博物館！ 特別提醒！這個城市秋冬天外號“小倫敦”，因為霧濛濛的，幾乎每天都會下雨！不過都是小雨，下一會停一會，最好帶個防水的硬殼防風衣套在羽絨服外面！特別重要！這樣不用帶傘啦！ 酒店二樓的餐廳！很好吃！侍酒師是意大利小夥很健談，對酒也很瞭解，推薦的配餐酒很不錯！住這個酒店直接去二樓吃晚餐會很不錯，套餐看了下也很便宜四五百瑞典克朗一個人吧三四道菜，但個人喜歡單點菜！推薦生牛肉塔塔很好吃！油炸洋薊也很好吃！比目魚也不錯！強烈推薦這個餐廳！ 餐廳也很有愛，週日晚上關門一天為了給哥德堡城市的流浪漢homeless提前過聖誕節感受温暖，所有餐廳廚師服務人員都去給他們做飯了！在大週末，果然是北歐風格！大讚！

It’s very rare you find a hotel that checks all the boxes but this is it for me. Had the friendliest welcome when arriving at a late hour. The check in was quick, easy and I was in my room in no time. I’d forgotten adapters for my electrical items, the hotel was like no problem. Turns out the rooms have USB and USB-C plugs in the rooms so was covered. Moving onto the room. I had the best sleep ever. Perfect climate control. Wonderful views to wake up to and just every little detail was just amazing. After a delicious breakfast (lots of choice, Swedish and international cuisine), I explored the hotel further, the gym looks really good (I didn’t use it… just told myself I should have) and they also had a sauna. Moving outside, the location. The freshest air ever (it was nice to breath there) and literally just over the water from the city centre. If you like to walk, it’s perfectly acceptable however as I travelled with people who don’t like to walk, the hotel directed us to a bus stop one minute away. Literally two stops later, you’re in the centre. The hotel pointed out the work being done on the water front. There’ll soon be the option of getting back and forth that way. Finally, the team. It’s clear that this hotel clearly has the customers at the heart of what they do. Everyone I spoke to was warm, friendly and open to sharing hints and tips to make our stay in Gothenburg magical. And it was… EVERYONE needs to visit this wonderful city. I’m already planning my next trip and I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Such a delight to arrive, the magnificence of the 'Viking' ship on a sunny day measured up to the room and warm welcome, this accommodation made my stay in Gothenburg one to remember. 🚌位置：從機場坐大巴，然後再步行10分鐘就可以到。步行一路還經過哥德堡的幾個主要觀光點。 🛏️房間：每一層都有很多個房間，剛入住的時候像走迷宮一樣。房間的床是獨立兩個床墊的，也是很好的設計。像大部份歐洲酒店，牙刷那些都是沒有的。但房間有提供吹風機，這個太棒了。 🍜早餐：早餐就是經典的歐式，無非就是各種沙拉，麵包，冷盤食物，沒太特別的。有些瑞典傳統食物，可以嘗新。 😠不足：我住的那個房間，廁所沖水是壞的，我第一天告訴了員工，第二天還沒有人給我修好！為了不在房間留下沒沖走的💩，衹能上酒店的公共廁所！

Nachdem wir wegen fehlender Fernbedienung ein anderes Zimmer bekamen, ließ sich hier allerdings auch kein Fenster öffnen. Auch konnten wir die Gardinen nicht öffnen, somit waren wir die Zeit die wir auf dem Zimmer verbrachten, abgedunkelt. Der Service an der Rezeption war allerdings super freundlich

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was nice. The breakfast was good and there is a waffle bar available in the evenings. The street is very busy and loud so if you want some quiet you have to close the window (if you're on the street side) but once the window is closed the room is silent. Very good value for the money, I definitely recommend it.

The reservation page said this was a 4* hotel, which it is definitely not. It doesn't fit any of the Hotelstars Union criteria, but moreover there was: - noone at the reception at 7 p.m. The reception was supposed to close at 9 p.m., - phone queue when calling the number written near the closed reception, - no fridge in rooms, - broken bedside light, - broken lights in the bathroom, only 2 of 4 worked, - loud noise of people arguing at 6 a.m. (walls not thick enough), - no shampoo in the bathroom, - no kettle in room, - no power sockets near beds, - no tea for breakfast, - a laughable ”fika available throughout the day”, - less breakfast options than I would have expected (and for example, there was no bowl to put the cereals in, so you had to mix them only with bowls which had yoghurt in them). For one day stay, this is a good hostel. As a 4* hotel, this is the worst one I have been in so far.

The staff working on the weekend were super nice and helpful, and I’ve stayed here many, many times, always so nice & such a lovely boutique place to stay with many awesome things to like. On the day I checked out oh my god, where did this girl suddenly come from? Little wanna be Swedish police officer banging on my door trying to get in. Ok i fell asleep after breakfast? So what. Even after i checked out & and was just having a coffee in the lobby, she came again in my face demanding to know if i had checked out? She was just rude, unprofessional, behavior was unbelievable. Really ruined my experience at the nice hotel Pigalle. Actually, I don’t accept people thinking they are better than everyone else & they think that they can just talk to people like they are a piece of crap. Therefore, sadly, I don’t think I will ever stay here ever again.. Sorry but..

Amazing room and a great location. Our short stay was overall great and the hotel is cozy and nice! Note that the reception is not open 24 hours, so late check-in requires using a provided PIN. This was not very straightforward to us.
