For me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. 1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages. 2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.

On the last night of our visit, both the heating system and hot water were not functioning. After a long day, we were unable to shower and were shivering in the cold room all night (it was the end of December). This situation was particularly distressing given that I was traveling with my parents, who are in their late 60s and early 70s. As a result of the cold and discomfort, both of them fell ill. I understand that unforeseen issues can occur, but it is the hotel’s responsibility to address such matters fairly. There wa sa lack of acknowledgement or apology from the staff at checkout and despite raising this issue by email, no one from the hotel replied about this significant lapse in service. The inability to access basic and essentials like heat and hot water constitutes a failure to deliver the standard of care and service we rightfully expected. There was no effort to compensate for the inconvenience, no gesture of goodwill, not even a simple "sorry" for failing to meet such basic standards. I cannot recommend staying here and sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously and improve both their facilities and customer service moving forward.

We had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you. The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too. Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ☺️

Room is big and comfortable. Location is good. Near railway station. Many eateries.

Didn't expect this hotel is just a stone away from the main train station. Bus stops outside the hotel, surrounded with cafes, restaurants and easy to get taxi service. Free buffet breakfast was okay, same menu daily. Strictly 12nn check out no extensions not even 30mins or even if we are willing to pay extra they did not allow us even if the hotel ia not fully booked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

設施：較齊全 衞生：不錯，床舒服，洗澡水大 環境：可以 服務：不錯，熱心指導交通出行 我們訂的是包括早餐的，因為早上要趕火車，沒來得及吃，前台按我們的要求在我們出門前打包了兩份早餐，有飲料酸奶麪包等，分量也不算少

火車站出來走一條街就到，去巴士站可以在火車站邊坐路面電車幾站路，非常方便，前台姑娘熱情可愛

酒店位置很方便，格拉納達火車站步行五分鐘，門口有公交 2 站到大教堂，附近有家樂福超市，打車到阿宮 8 歐，如果衹是短暫停留，不住老城區的話也是個不錯的選擇。 內部硬件軟件和設施就相當一般了，不夠四星的標準。

房间平实但清潔夠用，早餐也可。就是泊車太贵不合理，早知22欧一天我不住了。

グラナダ空港からAirPortバスでホテルの前に到着します。バスタブなし、水圧はOK、アメニティは歯ブラシ、Showerジェル、シャンプー、ボディーローション、ティッシュは一回分。 石鹸はありませんでした。 レストランのお味は美味しかったです。

Sinceramente es una pena, el trato en recepción es muy arrogante y poco servicial, pague por y a habitación con amplia cristaler y me dan una habitación súper pequeña con una ventana dando an patio realmente pequeño que no entraba luz ,OJO SI CONTRATAS LA HANITACION CON CAMA DE MATRIMONIO CON CRISTALERA, LLAMA ANTES Y ASEGÚRATE QUE LA TE GAN DISPONIBLE, porque nos dieron una horrible y muy triste la habitación nos sentíamos prisioneros estando hospedados. NOS DIJERON QUE TE TOCA O LA TIPO CUEVA O LA BONITA ósea atentos a este dato y llamad antes

酒店房間窗外景色很好，到景點也不遠，大巴過來打車八歐，旁邊就是火車站。唯一就是酒店有點老了。
