서비스에서 다소 아쉬움이 있었지만 그래도 직원의 친절함은 정말 좋았습니다 다음에도 이호텔에 방문할 의사가 있습니다.

They did an excellent job on a very busy weekend. We were there two nights and they were accommodating and let us stay in the breakfast area until late at night which was much appreciated. Quick check in process. They were very helping us get a different room at the last minute and helped our friend get a room when his reservation was lost. Great customer service.

Great stay. Love that they just supply soap pumps and such. So much better for the environment. Good breakfast. Nice hot tub and pool area. Great stay

Clean pleasant hotel. Reception very friendly and helpful. Exercise room can they get kettle bells? Also if exercise room be larger with more space. Pool nice clean.

We enjoyed our stay. I noticed some staining on a pillowcase and the sheets on one of the beds but otherwise the rooms were clean. The pool was good but it could have been more kid friendly (no kiddie pool or slide). We also enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options and the coffee was great! Overall it suited our needs for a one night stay.

We came into grand forks for one night. Check in was really smooth and easy. The hotel itself is not soundproof at all. All we heard all night was doors slamming which I get can only be so controlled...but I dont experience this often when we travel otherwise. The room temperature was hard to control, the pilllows and mattresses were not very comfortable which is opinion based of course. Spent a lot of time overnight awake. Bathroom was nice, but shower had very little water pressure. On a positive note, our room was very clean. We normally opt to the competitor down the street, but decided to try a few other hotels to see what's out there! Guess we're going back the good ol reliable at the "Inn".

Comfiest beds in the world. Super clean and quiet room, lovely hotel

Receptionist was grest and we had a super quick check-in experience. The breakfast had a good variety of both hot and cold items. The only negative was the housekeeping service, which, over the course of 3 nights was non-existent as we practically had to beg to have the trash removed, and coffee supplies and towels were not replaced, nor was the room refreshed.

Had an awesome time. Heated pool and jacuzzi was awesome.

Was here for 7 days and enjoyed it. Very clean and quiet. There are also many restaurants near by
