The room smelled bad and the TV didn’t work. It was small and badly placed. The guy at the desk was very nice and did his best. But the conditions prevented me from getting a good nights rest. He got the tv working and offered us another room but by then my husband was in bed and didn’t want to move

Clean!!! Nothing better than a clean room! Assortment of pillows to pick perfect one, bed comfy, and staff very polite. Breakfast filling and enjoyable Will be telling family and friends. Perfect area to make for base camp for next summer vacation.

We reserved this room on the ratings here and thought the single one-star rating was simply a bad say. We couldn’t have been more wrong. We got the “suite” which was so poorly designed that it negated any benefit of having a suite. The microwave was located next to the sink and you had to move the microwave to plug it in since it wouldn’t reach the outlet. In addition, you would have to run the power cord across the sink! Not only that, but the rigged an extension cord around some cabinetry in order to plug in the hair dryer (which wasn’t even in the bathroom. Then there is the broken chair swimming in stains. The sofa was stained and the fabric was coming off. The bed sheet was stained. There was mold around the shower fixtures, urine stains around the toilet, and mold in the tub. I know Days Inn isn’t the Waldorf Astoria but it should at least be clean and free of stains.

I sat in the recliner and something bit me. I didn’t think much about it, and after the first night the pillows were so hard and lumpy that I had to go buy some. The lady at the store told me to get protectors for them. I put them on the chair so they could make the bed. That night I got bit again and found 2 different types of bug on the bed. I went to the desk and explained what happened. When I got home I found they charged me for the exterminator. I now have to go through everything we had in the room to make sure I didn’t bring their problem home with me.

This hotel was a super cute and quaint hotel up north. Perfect for weekend getaways with the family to do a little hiking and birding. Updated and super clean. It is also dog friendly which is perfect for us because sometimes we bring our puppy. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed for 2 nights over memorial day week end. Clean nice smalling bedding, smelled like it had been hung out on a clothes line. The beds were comfortable, service very polite. a bit cheeky LOL. Nice place

This is a great hotel to stay. Every week i have to travel around grayling for business and i gladly stay in days inn grayling location. I would highly recommend for staying in this hotel. Overall great place to stay

Two stars for the exterior but 3 plus for the room. Room was clean, fresh and comfortable. Clean bathrooms, comfortable mattress and room temperature was stable all night. Overall this was a good stay and I will add this to my options for I-75 travel.
