Portobelo es garantía de un buen hotel que lo han mantenido limpio arreglado muy buena ubicación prácticamente el metro está en la cochera si acaso algo mejoraría sería el trato en general de recepción unas excelentes otras no siempre están de buenas

Staff and location was great. The hotel was old, and there was no elevator from the parking bottom floors. Overall is good.

Excellent service, clean and comfortable. The staff from reception and sales are nice and friendly fernanda and Gabriela they attended our event seminar DAAD ciatej. We had an amazing time, the hotel is close to nice restaurants 100% recommended .

Our 2nd time in the hotel in the past 2 yrs. This time we stayed for 1 night didn't sleep at all due to the street noise until 1 am. They gave us 4th floor where you could hear everything from the busy road. Last time we were in 23rd floor was great. The pillows this time was very small and uncomfortable too. I recommend asking customer which floor they prefer and informing about noise level. Maybe better and bigger pillows should be put in use.

Querida Luna ofrece cocina mestiza, rindiendo tributo a nuestro México a través de la fusión de los mejores ingredientes nacionales con el objetivo de lograr los más exquisitos sabores, también encontraremos bebidas y cocteles de autor, vinos de España, Argentina y Estados Unidos, por supuesto del Valle de Guadalupe que son mis favoritos. La música es agradable, puedes platicar mientras escuchas buena selección de canciones y la terraza encantadora, en el menú puedes encontrar desde huevos revueltos, omelete, molletes, torta ahogada, papatzules, trilogía de tamales, chilaquiles, nopal asado, panela asada, enfrijoladas, tacos de barbacoa, fruta, tizanas, tés, mi tradicional mimosa que no puede faltar, avena, pan francés, hot cakes, wafles y quesadillas, para comer; cecina, atún, aguachile, queso fundido, ensaladas, sopas, tacos, costillas, chamorro, hamburguesa, cortes de carne y pesca del día preparada de distintas formas, entre otras opciones deliciosas. Hemos ido en distintas ocasiones y todas han sido una buena experiencia, espacios limpios, bien decorados, comida deliciosa y bebidas equilibradas en su sabor. Cuando fui con amigas, nos regalaron una botella de tinto ✨, así que ya regresamos a cobrarla 👏👏👏, gracias por consentirnos. Mónica, Angelina, Jorge, Juan Carlos, Raúl y Cinthia han estado atentos en alguna de las ocasiones que hemos ido, un equipo que se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. What this hotel lacks in its very first looks, it well makes up in its interior. Sitting on a fairly busy street, I approached the hotel with some skepticism for about 30 seconds. Then you arrive and are treated to an elegant experience. There are an abundance staff ready to help you with luggage, escort you to your room, recommend restaurants, and arrange taxis or ubers for you, so that you can take in Guadalajara. We arrived early and spent our time lounging by the pool. There were regular wait staff there to make sure that you had everything that you needed from cocktails to snacks. We had actually been out and about on the town so we weren't very hungry but the food looked delish. The pool is a natural water pool with a beautiful live plant wall. The locker area is beautiful. Then, there's the rooms. They are spacious and have the most up to date electronics and technology. The bathroom is an elegant quartz, very sleek and modern. There are beautiful amenities from wonderful toiletries and razors to a gorgeous rain shower. The purple art was a favorite for me. Great views though Guadalajara is a bit smoggy.

The hotel was new and modern. The rooftop garden was very nice. We could relax there and had a panoramic view of the city. Across the street and within walking distance we found a few restaurants. Breakfast was simple but okay: some sweet bread/pastry, eggs made to order, coffee/tea, juice was usually a fruit juice like orange, and a ”jugo verde” - basically a ”green juice” of vegetables and fruits. Also some cereals and yoghurts. The breakfast menu mentioned fresh fruits but on the first morning there wasn't any until we were just leaving. Nothing at all the second morning when we started breakfast later at 8am. The coffee on the second day was just warm so I had to ask for a new cup. Since we made the reservation through ***********, I had written a similar review at their website.
