The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool and rooftop are gorgeous, with stunning views of the city. The view wasn’t much on our side, just a wall.. but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. The location is absolutely fantastic, being just a 5 minute walk from the historic Guadalajara cathedral! The staff were helpful and polite - Would recommend to any friend to stay here!

We have stayed here twice! We ended up having our wedding here due to it's charm. We love the HISTORIC vibe and the unique character to the place makes this so attractive. Cue tall ceilings, candles, chandeliers, and stories. It is from the 1800s so don't expect top notch American grade plumbing and electricity, but expect to feel teleported back in time. We love the location to the center of GDL, their breakfast is delicious, and their security made us feel safe at night time. We will continue to come back here as a central spot in GDL and to relish in our memories! The honeymoon suite is GORGEOUS, with a little hot tub, if you can book it, do! The Wedding coordinators are the sweetest and the BEST, if you are thinking of a wedding here-top notch service!

Es un hotel pequeño porque no tiene muchas habitaciones pero las habitaciones son espaciosas. El personal es sumamente amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Bonitos espacios comunes. Muy cerca de las mayores áreas turísticas. Puedes caminar a cuatro o cinco puntos De interés. A una cuadra puedes tomar el turibus. O una calandria para recorrer la ciudad. Nosotros no usamos la cafeteria del hotel pero vimos gente desayunando y olía rico. Puntos no muy buenos: la presión del agua podría ser mejor en la regadera. El Internet no es muy bueno aunque hay varias redes. Pero bueno, como anduvimos todo el Dia fuera la verdad no hizo falta.

Service at the hotel was great, since checking until checkout, the lovely lady's at the front desk Cecy and Laura were very professional and welcoming also the housekeeper was very attentive and very prompt at solving my many requests, very happy having her as my housekeeper and the security guard at night time Marco was very helpful and professional helping me with a couple requests at midnight, overall great stay ,and affordable and the location was great, amazing view to the cathedral , main square and easy access to many touristic places

We chose this hotel because we were traveling with your pet. They are a pet friendly hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were welcome in a kind way and offer water to us and for out dog. The hotel is very nice and within walking distance to most things in downtown Guadalajara. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. Cesar, the bellboy, was extremely helpful with what we needed and for information of things to do. We would definitely be staying there again when we go back.
