古い建物の素敵なホテルでした。お部屋の中も清潔感があり良かったです。中心部から少し離れているのでバスやタクシーの利用が必要です。アメニティに歯ブラシは無いので持っていく必要があります。

Lugar excelente por que fuimos a una boda ,la atención si fue inmediata y muy buena aunque si podrían mejorar las instalaciones ,pésimo olor en la habitación pero si muy limpia lo que no se nota por lo deteriorado de las habitaciones

We loved Guanajuato, but unfortunately had a rough experience with this hotel. Food was not good, and clearly recycled each day for morning brunch. Furthermore, my wife’s bed (two double bed room) was infested with bed bugs - and this was the second room we moved to after our first room smelled like human excrement and was generally dirty and dusty. For the cherry on top - they double charged us, and would fake not being able to speak English to avoid consequences. I luckily speak enough Spanish and we had local friends who helped us ensure communication of this problem, but it was not resolved when we arrived home. Now five months later, the hotel has completely ignored our messages and our bank is the only one being remotely helpful. We still have not received a penny. Avoid these smelly scammers!

I don’t know how to start but, DON’T STAY HERE… The hotel is beautiful, and the land is great. Rooms Great beds, awful TV’s, bathrooms neat and spacious. Bar There is NO bar Restaurant Food is not good, the variety is limited, and the seasoning is really bad. Service There’s enough personnel in the hotel, the problem is, no one know what to do. Waiters 0/5 Reception 1/5 General staff 1/5 The only people who are really into it is housekeeping, 5/5 Accommodations AC not working Credit card terminal not working Pool and patio OK Review Really expensive hotel, not the worst I’ve ever been to, but the worst in Guanajuato. If you can stay anywhere else, do it :)))

This hotel stinks, there a sewer river by this hotel, so smells very bad, specially at night, the swimming pool was out of service 3 of the days we spent there. Very bad customer service. We got over charges on their website prices, it was actually cheaper to book there in person. The last day we spent there the room didn’t get get cleaned, no clean towels and nobody care when I complained about it, this hotel is one of the worst in my list, very disappointed.

This place it’s like a ******* place. The wifi didn’t get in the room! Ever! Mirror in the room was broken. The worst part is there is no elevator, it’s out of service and employees hace to carry suitcases 5 floors! Bed was clean and nice. But everything else it’s almost scary!

El fin del 9 al 11 de febrero mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos en el Hotel Mision Guanajuato para asistir a una boda que se celebraba en la Ex hacienda San Gabriel de Barrera. Dada la cercanía del lugar nos hospedamos ahí. El viernes comimos en el restaurante del hotel, el cual se encuentra en pésimas condiciones de higiene: sillas muy sucias al igual que el piso. Comí un guisado de alambre de res, el cual no me supo bien y por la noche presenté dolor abdominal y malestar estomacal agudizándose durante la madrugada. Al día siguiente en la boda me empiezo a sentir mal, intentando regresar al hotel me desmayé debido a estar altamente deshidratada después de pasar toda la noche enferma. Al despertar del desmayo regresamos al hotel pidiendo ayuda a los trabajadores del hotel para llevarme al hospital SIN recibir apoyo de ninguno de ellos. Ni al pedir que nos trajeran nuestro vehículo siendo mi esposo quien fue por el coche. Cabe aclarar que somos dos personas de la tercera edad. Ese día fui ingresada a urgencias por un cuadro de gastroenteritis aguda infecciosa y deshidratación moderada. El motivo de mi escrito es una queja al hotel por sus pésimas condiciones de salubridad, higiene y si falta de apoyo a los huéspedes. Cero empatía y preparación ante emergencias.

Hotel en decadencia, instalaciones en malas condiciones y la ropa de cama parecía que no había sido cambiada. Azulejo del baño deportable e incluso podría resultar peligroso ya que le hacían falta piezas, preferí no bañarme a pesar que el área de regadera se encontraba “renovada” Restaurante aceptable fue lo que salvó la experiencia.

Es un hotel que necesita mucho mantenimiento. La tarifa es muy alta por lo que ofrecen, no sirve el elevador y hay que recorrer un buen tramo y escaleras Para llegar a los últimos pisos con equipaje, los lavabos se encontraban tapados, las puertas no sirven bien mi familia y yo estuvimos en varios cuartos y la llave no abría las puertas, el agua para bañarse siempre fría. La única ventaja es si tienes un evento en el salón de la ex-Hacienda estás a unos pasos. Si es por otra razón, preferíble buscar otro hotel.
