First of all, the hotel receptionist MANDY was friendly and approachable. They went out of their way to cater to us. The hotel had a high level of security and strict management practices. To enter the premises, we had to swipe our access cards. Even after staying there for several days, we still gave it a perfect 5-star rating. The service was excellent. There was plenty of drinking water in the rooms, and they even reminded us to drink more water when we left. Parking was also convenient. If you have a car, you can book a parking spot in advance to get a discount. Some rooms even offer a view of the Canton Tower. It’s definitely worth it!

The service was excellent. I'm sensitive to smoke, but forgot to request a non-smoking room when I booked. The front desk was so helpful and upgraded both my rooms to deluxe rooms for free, which were much more spacious. It was a pleasant surprise, thank you!
