This is the serviced accommodation side and not the main hotel although it is connected.
Not bad for the price, however its not the same standards as other Ws around the world unfortunately, but the price reflects this.

The room is in a modern decor, floor to floor glass windows with automatic black out curtains and sheers, although some switches were mixed up. Service is good. You can use pool and gym on the main side of the hotel. Service apartments are in a separate building side by side.

I had a terrible experience due to lack of cleanliness and poor customer service. I booked a two-night stay but wanted to cancel. Unfortunately, they refused to refund both nights, so I had to stay for one night but received a refund for the second.
