Four Points by Sheraton Guangzhou, Baiyun

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton in Guangzhou, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, and it’s clear that the staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Location: Located conveniently near the business district, Four Points is ideal for both business travelers and tourists. With easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping centers, it was perfect for exploring the city’s attractions and getting around without hassle. There’s also a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows and linens felt luxurious—perfect after a long day of exploring Guangzhou. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea, which added to the overall experience. The bathroom was pristine, with a rain shower and high-quality toiletries. Service: Service was exceptional throughout my stay. The staff at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests, from arranging transportation to recommending local spots to visit. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of my schedule, ensuring my room was always fresh and tidy without disturbing my work hours.

Nice location near the metro station, spacious rooms, excellent staff, needs sound insulation especially the running water from other rooms you can hear clearly in your room

Location near Metro but not near amenities and shopping malls. Pleasant environment and good front door service.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton! The kind and caring manager gave me the best room possible according to my preferences. I feel very thankful. I’ve got a high floor one with no neighbors. I couldn’t be more happy, I didn’t hear a word of other people and was enjoying my stay a lot. Very spacious hotel with big modern territory (connected with other Marriott hotels). The room is nice and clean, the views are beautiful and the bed is comfortable. The amenities are also great, especially the gym area. All the equipment is brand new. Special big thanks to all the managers at front desk, to concierge Illion for organizing the delivery of the parcel left at the hotel and housekeeping, very polite and super professional guy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to chill and relax without noisy surroundings.

This is the best four points i have been to. A luxuriously spaces room with an impeccable view. The nature of my business allows the convenience of the location to really shine. Close to the largest beauty and leather traders in the world. Not to mention an MRT exit just right infront of the hotel. Will definitely come back again.
