From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff who made check-in smooth and efficient. The ambiance of the hotel was both luxurious and cozy, with beautifully designed interiors and calming, elegant decor. My room was immaculate and spacious, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that provided a great night’s sleep. The attention to detail was impressive – everything from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and drinks made the stay feel special. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel’s dining options were outstanding. I had breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant, and both meals were delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. The restaurant staff were attentive and knowledgeable, always ensuring I had everything I needed. I book this hotel 3 time. So deffinatly love to stay here. Very convinient to Stay during Canton fair. Only pay DiDi RMB 34 and go to Canton fair.

裝修風格不錯，比較新，房間略小，窗户較大較多，視野好。早餐有點簡陋，現煮麪都沒有。離文沖地鐵站有2公里，晚上外面小吃不少。

房間很乾凈，設施完善，前台叫糖果的小姐姐服務態度超級 nice，強烈推薦！

酒店環境整體很好，房間乾淨無味，工作人員服務態度也都很奈斯，隔音也很好我平時睡眠很淺的，在這一覺睡到大天亮，下次來文沖首選這裏

酒店設施齊全舒適、早餐豐富、房間裝修新。美中不足周邊環境較為吵鬧、旁邊是工地。

總體一般。 改進：拖鞋、雨傘、紙袋可以補全；前台、保潔人員服務需要改進；餐廳種類可以豐富，考慮北方人的口味

房間還好 但給安排的是尾房 空調還是壞了，一開始沒在意，可休息時是被熱醒的，即使調到16度都根本不出冷風，感覺衹有換氣而已！夏天沒空調那有什麼用！第一次住酒店遇到這個情況！價格也不便宜，何必安排尾房及有問題的房間給客人呢！桌面有上一個客人留下的紙條便簽，阿姨打掃沒注意看… 非常無語的一次住宿體驗
