Beautiful place, very well maintained and clean. Hot springs and pool all excellent. Great place to go with a family, 5 star service and the staff are very well trained and helpful. Thank you all for a lovely stay. My only feedback would be the amenities are slightly expensive on site as you would expect from this kind of resort.

Probably one of the best resort in Guangdong province. Very private, huge area, 2km hiking route inside the resort, very clean. Would definitely come back.

上週末帶爸媽入住了這家酒店，整體體驗超出預期，非常適合家庭出遊！特別想用三個詞總結這次入住：舒心、安心、暖心。 🏞️環境方面： 酒店坐落的位置鬧中取靜，園林設計很有格調，我們訂了兩間房在一起，一個電梯間兩户衹有我們非常私密，門外走廊還貼心了開了暖氣。爸媽特別喜歡晨起在花園散步，綠植環繞還能聽到鳥鳴聲，長者家直誇像住在天然氧吧裏。 🔐管理服務： 管理嚴謹，從開車進大門檢查預訂就讓人覺得整個莊園雖然很大，但是很安全，地下停車場還有保安小哥張羅停車，開門，地下停車場一直都是一些大牌酒店遺漏的地方，但是這裏把服務都做到了停車場，我真的是讚歎不已。 🛏️房間體驗： 預訂的房間比想象中還寬敞！空間完全分割，客廳的水吧我很喜歡。浴室很大，空間分割互不影響。 👨💼管家服務： 電瓶車響應速度快，2-3 分鐘就到，管家周到貼心，天氣冷還給我們拉了擋風簾。 🍳早餐體驗： 自助早餐種類太豐富了！既有現煮的本地特色麪檔，也有符合長輩口味的養生粥品。 總結來説，這次全家出遊因為選對酒店而格外圓滿，爸媽表示這是他們近年住得最舒服的一次。無論是硬件設施還是人性化服務都值得五星推薦，特別適合帶長輩或孩子入住，已經收藏進我的"家庭出遊必選清單"啦！

房間非常大，舒服，並且一樓有大平層，走出去面對的是山，水，湖，景色宜人美麗，環境清幽，服務非常好，知道我們入住一家三口，日用品主動配多一套，並且知道小孩喜歡飲茶包，第二天也主動配備，總枱服務也快速，無論什麼時候什麼要求都滿足，衞生環境比五星酒店還好，我家每半年都會過來住住，空氣環境很好，有很多松鼠居住。內有高爾夫球場，博物館，面積很大，泳池恆温，有温泉，入住三天兩晚不出莊園都可以。

早有耳聞這裏環境一流，但因為開業時間太久一直不敢嘗試，然而設施還是出乎意料的保養得挺好。除去不太新這一點以外，其他方面都可以説是行業天花板了。 洗浴用品是奢華而低調的馥馬爾，非常喜歡的一個小眾牌子，個人感覺比愛馬仕更有品味！ 兩個大床套房都分別配了幹蒸和濕蒸房。 健身房器材也是頂配。 一對一管家小朱在出行前就瞭解了我們的個人喜好，為我們開窗通風並點燃香薰蠟燭，細節滿分！ 超預期的一次體驗，以後定温泉別墅還會選擇這裏。

衞生不太行啊，那個床睡得我癢癢的，我家姐姐三歲，睡到一半也説這裏癢那裡癢。總體服務不錯，服務員們都很棒，態度很好，服務周到。飲食很一般，那個中餐廳菜單一眼看過去，不可能預製的都是要預訂的，蒸了一條魚，不就是三都港口味麼。推薦送餐服務選擇披薩，量大夠吃。對比一下，温泉賓館的松園別墅，首先環境肯定是領先的，但是博物館衹開週末。那樣就顯得很單調了，畢竟温泉賓館附近商業性較強，飲食選擇很多。然後配套設施。這裏的池一共三個，游泳池，温泉池還有套房的大按摩池，套房還配有桑拿房。而松園別墅衹有一個温泉池。但是松園別墅廁所馬桶非常高級，還配有衣服烘乾消毒機，大型冰箱，微波爐。最後，價格上，從都貴在景色，但是温泉賓館性價比更高。
