Ulasan Starway Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun Airport)

Kami perlu menggunakan hotel ini kerana kami terbang keluar dari Lapangan Terbang Guangzhou. Ia adalah BETUL-BETUL dekat dengan lapangan terbang. Hotel ini juga menawarkan perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma ke dan dari lapangan terbang. Meja penyambut tetamu hotel dan kakitangan pemanduan sangat mengagumkan dan malah membawa kami ke lapangan terbang dan kembali sehari sebelum penerbangan kami untuk menyelesaikan ujian COVID-19. Selain itu, semasa mendaftar masuk, kakitangan meja depan memberi semua orang beg yang penuh dengan barangan berguna seperti topeng, penyumbat telinga, pembersih tangan dan lain-lain. Kami PASTI akan kembali apabila kami perlu terbang.

We book the Superior Queen, bed was super big and comfortable. I like that it provides shuttle bus service to the airport. It is located about 10-15mins from the airport. However, I think it would be great if there was a fridge in the room and that conditioner be provided as well. However, when we came, the window was open, not sure if it was to ventilate the window. We ordered takeaway from the nearby stores, food was delivered via robot, super fast and efficient! 🥰

The hotel is good and near the airport. The receptionist is beautiful.

Hotel is nice, not far from the airport and providing free Airport pick-up, but need to call in advance. Nobody in hotel speak English. I speak Chinese not bad, but two girls at reception start to laughing front of my face, when I speak to them…twice…it was upset… but the guy from day shift is kind and helpful, he helps me a lot in other day. Breakfast was very simple.

The extending of the hotel looks normal but the inside of the hotel is clean and the hotel staff is helpful

One of the best hotels here in Guangzhou. Clean and big rooms. Our room was upgraded. We got a bigger room. also, we had coffee, tea and some snack. There's a laundry room if one needs to wash or dry their clothes. The breakfast was nothing special, we saw the pics and expected more. The staff is nice. Unfortunately they don't speak English but do their best to help anyway (Google translate always helps). Another good thing is their pick-up/ drop-off service, we arrived late, contacted the hotel and the car picked us up in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this place.

A great location next to the airport. The room is a fair size but no fridge or wardrobe, safe etc. The breakfast is ok but no coffee or western options. Staff are friendly and a good shuttle service to the airport

Very close to the airport, I stayed here because I had arrived in Baiyun very late. Free laundry facilities, breakfast is decent, and had a quiet night’s sleep. Reception is quite friendly and helpful too!
