Families traveling with kids for Chimelong, this hotel is a must-stay! We transferred here directly from Chimelong Hotel because we had an early morning flight the next day and wanted somewhere convenient. And this hotel genuinely surprised us; honestly, it was even better than our stay at Chimelong Hotel. The latex mattress was incredibly soft and felt amazing, unlike the super hard mattresses at Chimelong. The pillows had great bounce too, not like the ones at Chimelong Hotel that just flattened out. Plus, they even included conditioner in the toiletries, which Chimelong didn't have, and they provided kids' slippers and everything. The whole hotel was super clean. Most importantly, in terms of service and every other aspect, it actually outshone Chimelong Hotel. We've already decided that next time we come to Chimelong, we'll choose this place directly. The owner/staff were incredibly patient; we came back late and then around 2 AM asked for an extra blanket, and they were all very enthusiastic and provided a prompt and positive response. In stark contrast, during our three-day stay at Chimelong, we argued with the staff every day – they had no concept of service and were constantly surly, which was really off-putting. In short, choosing this hotel is definitely the right decision, it's absolutely fantastic. Downstairs, there are various shopping areas, so eating out is also very convenient and easy, with options like Guangzhou Restaurant, Yue Lai Yue Dian, Zhaofa, Wuntong Bing Shi, and more. It's conveniently located for transportation, great for shopping, the room was quiet for sleeping, and the blackout curtains worked incredibly well. 100 thumbs up!

The loft apartment has an amazing vibe! Xiao Lun was so thoughtful and thorough during our communication. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a spectacular view, making for a perfect stay.

The location is fantastic, right next to the subway and shopping areas. Xiao Zheng gave us tons of great advice for planning our itinerary, and the value for money was outstanding.

I really like this apartment-style room with a small kitchen; it's perfect for cooking simple meals. Xiao Ying at the front desk was very friendly, and the subway is within walking distance, which makes getting to attractions very convenient.

The cleaning was incredibly thorough, even the corners were spotless. Xiao Zheng helped me with the entire check-in process, which was smooth and straightforward.

Recommended to stay, also good for family. There are many mall and shop or restaurant around.

The room is very spacious, with a large living room. It's located upstairs, featuring one king-sized bed and one single bed, perfect for a family trip. The front desk staff were excellent and even accepted packages for me. The only minor drawback was the dim lighting in the kitchen. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The environment is great, very clean, and conveniently located.

The surrounding area has all the amenities you could need. The room itself is clean and tidy, ready for you to move right in and enjoy your own private space. Front desk staffer Xiao Ren was incredibly welcoming and helpful. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when I'm in Guangzhou.

Environment: There are many great places to eat nearby, and it's very convenient to get to any shopping mall. Hygiene: The room hygiene was very clean, it felt just like home. Service: The front desk service was enthusiastic.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with very convenient transportation, making getting around a breeze. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the housekeeping is spot-on. The staff are warm and attentive, making guests feel very comfortable. The city view from the window is beautiful and expansive. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again!
