Ulasan Fengyue Light Fashion Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Renhe Metro Station Branch)

This is my fourth time booking here. It's close to Baiyun Airport, and the hygiene, environment, and service are all excellent. I chose it because I had an early morning flight. I'll definitely book again in the future.

Stayed for eight consecutive days, and after some discussion, they finally upgraded my room again! 👍 Great value for money!

I liked the location of the hotel. The breakfast was also good. It was close to the metro and bus station. I also liked the free pick-up from the airport.

The in-room facilities are excellent, and the front desk service is also very good. The hotel offers a convenient airport shuttle service. It's just about a 300-meter walk from the Renhe subway station.

Cleanliness: Not very clean. Service: Decent. Facilities: A bit noisy as it's right by the road. I didn't take any pictures, but the hairdryer in my room wasn't working well; it would overheat quickly and smelled like something was burning.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were well-equipped. The front desk service was also very good, and they offered airport transfers. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

Our flight landed at 02:00 am and there was free pick up service from the hotel which is highly appreciated. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and nice as they were willing to assist us with airport pickup although they can not speak English. Our recommendation for airport pick up is to chat with the hotel via the translated Trip.com chat service directly instead of calling the hotel because calling did not help us communicate with the hotel at all but the chat got the job done. As we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with assistive and friendly speaking staff who walked us to our room (although they do not speak English) but we still felt their eagerness to help us. The room is tidy, clean, and bright. The complimentary breakfast upgrade is highly appreciated and the breakfast was ok. Overall a very pleasant experience with a fair price even though we stayed for only a few hours. Would stay there again for our next trip or transfer at Guangzhou.

The attention to detail is evident, and I would definitely return. **Hotel Environment:** The room size is good, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the overall cleanliness and comfort are excellent. **Facilities & Equipment:** The hotel's facilities are very comprehensive, featuring a smart Tmall Genie for control, a TV with screen casting capabilities, and very fast in-room Wi-Fi. **Hotel Service:** The front desk staff (especially the young ladies) were very enthusiastic and helpful. They even upgraded my stay and were quick to respond to my needs, which is highly commendable. **Location:** The hotel is very convenient for getting a taxi and is also very close to the subway station.

24-hour airport shuttle service: They offer a shuttle service to and from Baiyun Airport, and even a wake-up call service in the morning. Room was clean and tidy, and the price was very reasonable. Service: Whatever we needed, the staff (the 'auntie' as we call them affectionately) was right there to help, and very efficient too. I stay at this hotel once a year, and I'm always satisfied.

A good hotel to stay near the airport with airport drop and pick up.. local food outlets in walking distance

Whenever I fly back from Guangzhou, I always stay here the night before because it's so convenient for the airport. They offer a shuttle service, and it only takes about ten minutes to get to the airport, which is super convenient. The surrounding area in Renhe now has everything you need too, making dining and shopping very easy.

The hotel is modern and well-equipped. The overall ambiance is great, and the rooms are spotlessly clean and odor-free. It's conveniently located near a subway station, with abundant dining, entertainment, and leisure options in the surrounding area. The airport drop-off service was also a very thoughtful touch.

The location is excellent, with a food street just around the corner and convenient subway access. The staff were very friendly, and the cleanliness was also great. Breakfast was satisfying, with options like freshly prepared rice noodles.
