During my stay at Sleep in Guarulhos in São Paulo, Brazil, booked through Trip.com, I encountered exceptional service from start to finish. As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. It's always a relief to find accommodations that cater to the needs of families and Sleep in Guarulhos exceeded my expectations in this regard. Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. Location: close from Airport Metro station. About 10 min Taxi ride from T1. Shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. Room: very clean, spacious, and quiet. Restaurant: I had breakfast and dinner. The food was very good and not pricey.

The hotel is very confortable and perfect for a fast transit, they car that they have is very confortable and brough us from airport to hotel and back to airport for free with a perfect service.

Good communication with the hostel and the transfer driver, they could make a map showing were is the meeting spot to help, but the message with the reference was ok for me who speak Portuguese, Clean bedroom bathroom , they have a tv, wireless, towel and body soap. The crew is polite, friendly and helpful, they helped me to order food, change money and show me the breakfast room. Fair breakfast, 2 types of bread, ham, cheese, butter, hotdog sauce, cashew juice and coffee. It was a good experience.

I enjoyed to stay at this hotel. Moreover, I needed to ask many times to switch on saunas. At 21:00 the saunas were already not working even it is mentioned that spa is open till 22:00. That's pity, because it is time when most people wants to relax after day. The only thing was missing is jacuzzi.

O Monreale Plus está muito bem localizado em Guarulhos. É uma torre imponente que pode ser vista de vários pontos do centro da cidade. O serviço de transfer para o aeroporto é muito eficaz. Cada trecho leva cerca de 20 minutos. Bons motoristas e variedade de horários, facilitando o planejamento de viagens e tornando o hotel uma ótima opção. Gostei muito do quarto. Espaçoso, com duas camas de solteiro maiores que as convencionais, uma bancada de trabalho bem grande, banheiro amplo e ar condicionado. O único problema que infelizmente tivemos tem relação com a baixa qualidade do Wi-Fi. A internet no quarto era horrível. Com relação ao café da manhã, talvez esse seja o ponto mais alto da experiência. Grande variedade de pães, fatiados, biscoitos, frutas, sucos e o horário do serviço é compatível com viajantes que precisam fazer o check-out bem cedo, como era o nosso caso. Sem dúvida voltaremos ao Monreale!

The hotel with free shuttle service is perfect for air travelers who need a night of rest. We appreciated the 5:30 am shuttle. There were about 12 of us who were on that shuttle, meaning that 12 of us could not enjoy a coffee and a piece of bread since the dining room didn't open until 6 am. Otherwise, the hotel experience was very good!

No perrengue de perder conexão em guarulhos, foi nossa salvação. Atendimento da portaria muito cordial que resolveu meu problema de erro no aplicativo hoteis e conseguiram na hora refazer a reserva e conseguir meu reembolso na maior boa vontade

The Panamby used to be a Great Western where you could stay one night and park for free up to 14 days with a free shuttle bus to the airport 15 minutes away. Then it became the Panamby and they withdrew the free parking and charged 15 reais a night. Last time it was 30 reais a night. Note the room rate does not include parking so always add another 30 reais to your costs. Year by year the prices have gone up but not the quality or the amenities. Last time we stayed, little things had disappeared like free iced water in reception, a pen and paper and glasses in the rooms. The soap has halved, the towels have longevity, being as old as the hotel, a great advert for the towels but not the hotel. The free breakfast is a comprehensive buffet of hot and cold but do not expect quality, just quantity. The food is average at best, so you eat rather than dine. Staff can vary from being friendly to abrupt. Unfortunate;ly this year the prices have suffered yet another large increase so we will look elsewhere to stay.

Well located, clean, nice staff and good breakfast. I would definitely recommend and/or stay there again.
